Now, regrettably, it's earned only one star…read more All due to incompetent, bigoted upper level management who has ridiculous rules like: you can never be in your unit for more than 2 hours a day. Or you can only stand. (I broke my foot in three places earlier this year, so standing for more than 5 minutes is exceedingly painful). No accommodations for this disability at all. They closed access on Sundays when many people move. And you can only access your storage 9:30 to 6:00 Monday - Thursday, 5 PM on Thursdays. Beautiful facilities, but wobbly on repairs. For example, no air conditioning on the third floor all summer. Another highly questionable metric is the number employees they have run off. And did I mention they make fun of many of the people renting from them? I am very happy I can move out next week. The only thing I will miss is the local manager, Matt. He is golden. He deserves something so much better than working under these petty tyrants.
