When I discovered that it was still present, I called Dan back. He came to my home the next day, went up into the attic, climbed on my roof, noticed a leak (totally unrelated to my phantom visitor) and applied sealant. He was thorough, so friendly and I felt safe (which is important!). He went above and beyond to find the source of the critter, and again, while doing so advised me of other situations at my home (i.e., the leak). When I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing...because he wasn't able to find the squirrel/bird/? That is excellent customer service. If I were to review myself, however, I would get not even one star. Dan and I talked about other things he does and we thought he would be a good fit re: doing some side work as he is a craftsman as well. I reached out several times and never received a response. I thought it was really odd because we talked about other plans for my house...I was really excited! I finally realized that I forgot to send him $$$ for the time he spent and effort he went to find the source of the activity in my home and for climbing around on top of my roof and applying sealant to when the leak was.
