I drove into Luposello's with my front bumper torn somewhat loose on each side. I had been able to drive there safely and it looked like they might be able to take it off and re-attach it but I wasn't sure. Sure enough they could, *and* I was told if I could wait an hour or so until the guys came back from lunch they would do it as soon as possible instead of me having to leave it. And the price was great! From my past experiences with them I totally trust the work they do and am very grateful for the really fast service. A lot pf places would have told me to leave it and then over charged me to boot. I was really stressed out when I got there. And relieved when I left. Thank you so much!!

I brought it somewhere else and they fixed it right away. Did they not think to check it for leaks? Doh! Then my wife brought her car there three times against my wishes and charged her every time and never fixed the problem. It seems to be a recurring thing that they do. Oh, and one of the owners was so rude and obnoxious that it was unbelievable. There's no excuse for lousy work and menacing behavior so the owner can come on here and BS me all she wants. Makes me embarrassed to be Italian/American. My advice is to stay away at all costs.

John is actually a nice guy who cares about customer service and returns both phone calls and emails immediately. I went there for four tires (as well as inspection, oil change, etc.). It was a nice change from NYC garages I have used in the past, and I could really get used to it! If you are in the Ossining area and in need of auto care, do yourself a favor and use Powers- you won't regret it.

The quality of the armadillo bed liner is out of this world and the quality and precision of the work that they do at Platinum auto body is outstanding. The bed liner came out flawless. It was thick and high quality and I am extremely happy with it. I highly recommend this place!

They matched the color exactly, clear-coated the paint, checked for hidden damage, and aligned the rear lights to be sure the car was safe. The car looks better than new, and I will tell everyone that this is the A+ team for any body work. Thanks!

First and foremost, trust is paramount in this industry! I brought my car in for what I thought…read morewould be a simple repair on the front passenger of my car. Their initial estimate took me by surprise (it was honest). As when the adjuster reviewed to work, agreed to the estimate. NWC did what they could and instead of struggling with a specialty area of my Volvo, sublet that portion and kept me appraised throughout the entire affair. I picked up my well manicured vehicle and was extremely happy with the workmanship, staff courtesy and concern that I'd be upset with the repair that had to be sublet. It was a special sublet and they addressed it in proper professional manner. If I have the misfortune of needing body work in the future, here is where I'll be going!
