I looked into a lot of photographers and videographers prior to booking Atrin studio and I am so glad that I ended up choosing them. They exceeded our expectation. Their photo and video packages provided the most options at such a competitive price with a great quality of work. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. They showed up on time, went above and beyond to take the most perfect footage. I had also sent them photo and video ideas for the shots, but couldn't really remember it all the day of with all that was going on, but they were so on top of it that they had them all in their phones and would remind me of the shots I wanted to take. We are very happy with all the photos, our highlight and full video and the drone footage. Extremely unprofessional. My wife and I lost income due to unforeseen circumstances and were unable to pay for our wedding this year after having to cancel due to a reservation issue in 2023. We had to cancel the wedding altogether, and thus all of the other services that would go with it. Most of these folks understood that sometimes things outside your control happen. Not Atrin Studio, no no! What we got from them was rude and condescending for no reason. After these messages were sent we were blocked and they proceeded to then attack one of my wife's bridesmaids via text. For clarity: Our venue became unavailable last year during our desired date due to a scheduling conflict with the venue. We were far enough out from our wedding that we were able to reschedule for the same date the following year(2024) and let the other booked party take the venue for 2023. However we lost our jobs in January of this year and had to cancel in entirety. This is unacceptable behavior. Do better. Edit to address the owner: You were EXPRESSLY asked, when we had to reschedule the first time, if you wanted us to pay an additional deposit. You said NO. You did not, AT ANY POINT, tell us that you were booked for this year. While loss of income in 2023 is our fault and we SAID AS MUCH, you canceling two dates this year is on YOU not us. We are not in control of when somebody decides to lay us off. FOR THE RECORD, and it's right there in the text, we ARE sympathetic that our actions last year cost you. We are sympathetic with you losing money BECAUSE WE DON'T CURRENTLY MAKE ANY. Try and spin this however you wish, you were in the wrong for acting unprofessional in this exchange. "I asked about your wedding, not your job" was condescending and uncalled for. How the hell do you think people pay for weddings? You THUMBS DOWN my wife's message to you detailing a personal issue. Unprofessional. YOU TEXTED THE BRIDESMAID WHO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH PLANNING OUR WEDDING AND ATTACKED HER! But tell me more about how professional you were. We apologized for not reaching out to you. It's right there in the text exchange. We've had more important things on our minds, like finding more work and caring for our loved ones. Again, we're sorry we cost you a paying day last year. This year is on YOU. You reached out amicably, we informed you that we wouldn't be able to move forward, and you proceeded to act condescendingly. When you reached out to us, with MORE THAN AMPLE TIME, we informed you of our situation. Also, you blocked my wife. You only unblocked her today because of this review. My statement remains. This was unprofessional conduct. We won't be using you in the future and we won't be recommending you to any of our friends who are still in SoCal or intend on getting married there. read more

We met this lovely couple during my best friend's wedding. They were so professional yet so caring how each photo should turn out. We hired them for our baby announcements and gender reveal. We live in valley and they are in OC but they were so considerate to come to our side for the photos in malibu. Not only they took the most magnificent photos which i will cherish forever but they had done their homework in advance. What poses to do, what dress to wear. They gave me the edited video and picture in just TWO short days!!! I couldn't believe it because my photographer for my wedding took 4 months to give me low quality photos. Fast forward to our gender reveal, just when i thought they couldn't impress me more, they showed up way earlier than they were suppose to, started setting up and took all our photos, not of just us but our entire family. So many that i didn't even have to think oh mo we don't have pictures with this person it during this time. They even came up with ideas to interview a heartfelt message from family to us which still brings me to tears. They made a short video by their editor which i didn't like so much and when i shared with Asti, she told amir reza and he was up all night making a new edit from scratch based on my request. I couldn't believe how much they cared and put effort. ATRIN studios is the BEST OF THE BEST. I will hire them for every event i have. You will not regret working with them. Asti and Amir were amazing and if I had to do it all over, I would absolutely choose them again! We hired them for videography and our video came out so beautifully! Their turn around time was also ridiculously fast (less than 7 weeks)! My husband and I watched the video at least 10 times when they first sent it to us and we were so overwhelmed with joy. When we shared the video with our guests and family, they were also super impressed with the quality! Things we loved: -They were so easy to work with before our wedding. Asti is super responsive via text and email and she asked us many questions about what we wanted captured on our big day. Many vendors were difficult to contact, but they were definitely not one of them. -During the wedding day, they filmed everything from beginning to end, found time to film some romantic shots of us, and also was able to find time to capture some monologues from our friends and family. I don't know where they found all that time in the day to be everywhere at once, but they did! -Both of them coached us on how to walk and pose for the camera for romantic shots and it was greatly appreciated! We'd never been videoed before and it's hard not be awkward! -They captured all the wonderful moments at our wedding and the editing from scene to scene in the video flowed seamlessly. -I wouldn't have changed a single thing from our experience and video.
