CHAD, the manager and truly an unsympathetic moron, asserted that GDPR is the reason. What on earth does GDPR have to do with returning items in a store? CHAD couldn't even bring himself to mutter a simple "sorry for your loss..." Disgraceful and arrogant conduct. He finished the discussion with a threat to terminate my mother's membership as he found my comment that I would be posting this episode on social media unacceptable. The stores located here like any Outlet can be hit or miss depending on the season and how lucky you can get, but there is a good selection of brands including Boss, Calvin Klein and Marks and Spencer. There's a large amount of places to eat and drink here too, as there is around Wembley as a whole. LDO also features a Cineworld Cinema. PRO TIP: Use the tube if coming here as Wembley Park Underground Station is only a short walk away, parking is expensive and on an event day, you'll be paying a flat rate and spending hours getting out of the car park. Ah The Galleria, a staple of my miss-spent youth. I never really went shopping here because, while it has a fair number of shops, it never really has anything that you want or need. Guess that could be just me. The cinema is where I spent most of my days, chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool and watching some films after school. The cinema is average price with student discount and with your standard of sugary rubbish to enjoy while watching a film. The cinema screens themselves are good, the Digital screen is awesome, but the chairs and leg room leave something to be desired. It can get quite uncomfortable if you're a tall and are in a packed screening, but this rarely happens here, which is a other bonus. All in all a good place to while a way a fair number of hours with friends or that special someone.

A large open area in the centre was laid out as a furniture vendoes. The stuff was ugly..even tasteless..and overpriced. Quite a few restaurants..untried but mostly the usual chains. The only saving grace, for me, was a pleasant cinema complex where we went to see Stardust. So much anticipation..such a disappointment.

The Food Hall is very large with an extensive selection of products you would usually find in a Marks and Spencer store. Although I could not find the specific brand/size of milk I was looking for, but they did have alternatives in most areas you would expect. I do think the store layout could be improved, as I did find it difficult to find some items that are generally easier to find at other locations, a lack of staff on the shop members floor to help out was also frustrating. As with all large stores, there is a clothing section, although this does not seem to have been refurbished as recently as the Food Hall. 4*
