Dreadful shopping centre full of the usual high street stores…read more Something has happened to the attitude of the centre staff here and they are no longer the friendly bunch of old. As we left we saw the security harassing 2 NHS workers that were simply sitting on the bench outside. They were told they could not sit there as it was Shopping Centre property....???! Very nasty will not be visiting here again, not even to visit the cinema even though it is our nearest 'mall'.

The mall does only have a small number of stores, but I still like it. It looks fairly good from the outside, on the inside, it looks like 90% of shopping centres and doesn't stand out. Retailers here include all major mobile phone providers (Three, O2, EE, Vodafone) as well as Sainsbury's. There is also a Metro Bank. In terms of food and drink, there is Wagamama, Nando's, Starbucks and a couple of other brands. It is pretty useful to have this so close to Stamford Bridge, meaning you can grab something to eat/drink before or after a game, or stop by and get some essentials while waiting for the traffic to die down. 4*

This is a pretty bog standard shopping centre, there are a lot of shops but I've never been bowled-over by this place. There's the usual H&M, Marks and Spencer, Body Shop etc and a nice wee food court but unless you are local there is not point in visiting this shopping centre. Handy for Wimbledon locals, not worth it if you are just visiting, best go to the boutiques unique to Wimbledon just up the road instead.

This place has it all for the busy worked on the way home with little time on their hands to do their shopping elsewhere. Shopstop really serves a necessity rather than a leisurely, recreational shopping experience and what it does, it does well.

There are quite a lot of high streets shops in the tamed center but my review will be on New Look…read more On days where I feel like I need to have a little clothes shopping spree and I only have an hour spare I like to pop down to this New Look store because.... the store is open till 8pm, There are two floors, but I mainly venture to the first floor and visit the inspire range which is the wise range of larger sizes I've seen and shoes, there is normally a sale or some sort of promotion every time I visit, And there's a changing room on both floors. If you ever need them to hold a item for you they can reserve this for 24 hours, and I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in the queue at a busy time.

The shops in it range from rather nice, standard mall fare (Gap, etc.) to the weird one-off local oddity. The Waitrose in it has flagship signage, but the strangest corner location I've ever seen in a grocery store. I've been in on a Sunday afternoon, so not everything was open, but it seems like a nice little spot to shop.

The Market is picturesque with lovely flower carts by the entrances. Historically, Covent Gardens were the gardens for the convent. Today, the beautiful enclosed market hosts various vendors that change regularly. The market is a great way to connect with locals. We went to the market four times during our visit. On Sundays, various art vendors set up and we visited with a local fossil dealer and purchased a couple fossils. We loved our dinner in one of the nearby cafes. On Mondays, antique dealers set up and sell various treasures. My husband bought me a vintage bracelet. We also watched a quintet play in the atrium. We found a few reasonably priced souvenirs to take home for gifts. Plenty of great restaurants surround the Market. We ate at several places and enjoyed our meals. The Market always seems to be new and people were friendly.
