I cannot say enough . The atmosphere was very.homey. the staff was amazing and responsive to our needs.Chris and Judy at the front desk supplied all information.if we asked. The nursing director Marie went above and beyond to make sure our medical needs were always available.She was cheerful , efficient loving and kind. The aides very efficient, loving and kind. A special shout out to the aid.LADY and Judith. My husband was transferred to memory care here. The director Gina was wonderful and caring. Is not the best place for honest people to go to work there, the Director, supervisor, nurse take sides. the MEMORY CARE is not what are you think it's, the food for the workers in that are is not fresh and the weekly pay is low ($17) for all the tasks that you have to do.( caregiver, dishwasher, housekeeping, serve) there's bullying between co-workers, you don't get the trainer that they promise. misconduct, miscommunication and lies it's that place read more

As the daughter of a resident at the Atria on Hudson in Ossining, NY, I have to write this and thank her for always being available to answer questions and help with the "little" things (and the "big" things, too!) And, the receptionists at the front desk are the best! Always give me a big hello and help me out with deliveries, stopping by and just caring about my mom. read more

The Service: Starting from the front desk, staffs in the restaurant, nurse & etc, everyone is so friendly and helpful! They remember all the residents names. They are very personal and warmth to the residents and their family. The Facilities: It's like a hotel resort. Fresh flowers everywhere. Nice decoration in the lobby. 24/7 coffee/tea station with pastry, sandwiches & fruits. Many seating area for relaxing. Computer in the lounge area. Swimming pool, fitness center, game room, theater, restaurant & etc. The Food: Everyday there is new menu for the day and also regular menu to choose from. The food portion is just perfect, not oversized. Fresh ingredient and well prepared. Excellent assisted living facility!! read more

Horrible communication. Terrible service. Over priced. The staff Can't even tell when a person looks sick and needs help. No one cares for the actual well being of the people living there. If they did the communication between staff & family would be a lot better. Don't bother wasting your time & money at this place. read more

I moved my parents to the Life Guidance (dementia/memory) unit at Atria on Hudson in January of this year (2016) and could not be more delighted with the care they are receiving. This facility sets a very high bar for all others in the area. It is challenging enough to watch your elderly parents decline in ways that you never imagined, but to see their world shrink as their minds decline is devastating. Tamora Mills and the entire team of aides and staff in the Life Guidance unit go above and beyond each and every day. They ensure that my parents (and their room) are always neat and immaculate, they treat them with the utmost dignity - even as my parents suffer unimaginable indignities, and they approach it all with immense warmth and a good dose of humor. They are incredibly organized, and somehow manage to pay attention to the smallest details. It is (admittedly) a significant financial commitment, but if it's at all possible I can't imagine another facility that compares. And on the Assisted Living side of the house, there is a beautiful indoor pool, a gym, a salon, fabulous activities and entertainment, and lovely outdoor surroundings. I choose to move to the atria on the Hudson because this beautiful place offered everything I wanted: a spacious apartment, swimming pool, walking path, etc. Unfortunately, I lasted there less than a month because I was not getting assistance with bathing and dressing on a regular basis. My daughter was very frustrated dealing with the nursing and management staff. read more

I recently toured Atria on the Hudson in search of an assisted living for my mom. Jennifer toured us and she couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive to my moms needs. This is by far the best looking facility of its kind that I have ever seen, and I would encourage anyone who is thinking of relocation for themselves or a family member to see this particular residence first. I doubt if you will see anything to compare with it. From the excellent restaurant cuisine, to the gorgeous indoor pool, to the movie theater--yes, movie theater!--it would be hard not to imagine that you are in a five star lodge or on a luxury cruise ship. But here's the main reason that I am writing this particular review: the extraordinary actions of the executive staff that I have personally witnessed. Prior to visiting my elderly dad a few weeks ago, I called the facility, only to find that the head of the residence, Nicole, was manning the receptionist's phone. When I arrived, there she was, right behind the front desk. Something was obviously up. After asking about it, Nicole explained to me that one of her overnight workers had an emergency, so instead of burdening another hard working staff member to come in in the middle of the night, she came to the rescue herself. A service ethic like this speaks volumes for the kind of executive staff that this place has, and for the caliber of the management at this facility. As well, this type of dedication, compassion and a sense of responsibility sets an example for the entire staff, and I have seen these same qualities reflected in many of the workers here. No facility will take the place of one's home, but if you are in the position to have to seek out a residence for yourself or a loved one, you won't find better than this. I frankly feel blessed that my dad is in such a wonderful place. read more
