This "restaurant" is a perfect example of why Yelp needs a Zero star option. I was actually looking forward to ordering from this place because of the hype they created on Facebook. So kidos to them on that part. Oh, how do I regret it now. NOTHING went right with this meal. Let's just take it item by item. * 2 Buffalo Spring Rolls.....Two very generous rolls. I will say that much. But the taste was awful. They left a terrible after taste in your mouth. Thinkin it might be the buffalo dipping sauce I tried a bite unsauced. Same thing. I couldn't finish them. * Bottled Soda (Orange Crush).....Yeah, they messed this up. Orange soda came in a plastic cup where even if there were no ice in it Jesus couldn't fit 20 ounces of liquid in it. This did have ice in it so you can imagine how much beverage was in the cup. * 5pc. Boneless Wing Combo (includes order of waffle fries and a soda ((assuming a can)). Again soda (Mt. Dew) came in a plastic cup. I went with Lemon Pepper sauce for my boneless wings. Wrong move. The Lemon Pepper sauce was terrible. I was able to choke down one piece and called it quits on those. The waffle fries were cold, greasy, ans rubbery. No crisp at all. * 6pc. Boneless Wing.....Recieved bone in wings. And not only were they bone in but they were the tiniest wings I've seen in awhile. One flat piece was so tiny and sad there almost no meat on it. So yeah, one of the worst meals I've had in a looong time. At least I've still got America's Best Wings. read more

I went to Atomic Wings today and ordered a 6 garlic parmesan wing combo. The wings were undercooked so I sent them back. The second order was worse, as I opened the wings they were red and nasty inside (I wish I could upload pictures here as I took several). I then asked for the owner/manager. He took his bare hands and started tearing through the wings and stated that sometimes that is just how chicken looks on the inside but that it was done. He then asked what I wanted him to do about it. Easily one of the worst food experiences my friends and I have had. We decided to call ahead as we were a big group. We placed a specific order of a hundred boneless wings in 5 different flavors. We ordered a different amount of wings for each flavor, only to be disappointed by each flavor being distributed evenly. To fix the problem one of the cooks just gave us more of one flavor. This place opened months ago but I never got around to trying it out but today was my first time.The place its self is nice and modern and spacious for the small amount of space that they have and it was clean.That is always a plus for any business,especially a food business.The young woman at the cash register offered great customer service and my food was ready in no time.I got the Thai chili wings and the wings were cooked just like I like them.Hard and crispy and none of that loose skin business.lol.I shared the fries and we all agreed that they were good! The wings are very small. I ordered 10 and I was not nearly filled (and I'm a very skinny guy). Also, the atomic sauce is more like a spicy medium sauce and the medium wings are more like a mild. I had all 10 wings in 5 minutes with no drink. I'd rather go to Cluck-U (more filling and spicier, 5 wings fill me up and it's about the same price). Stopped by here after a family member mentioned it. She had asked the workers before hand if they serve halal meat which they claim they do so that's deff a plus for people who only eat Zabihah. I got the combo which had 5 wings (your choice or traditional or boneless), dip (blue cheese or ranch), waffle fries and a drink. We went pretty late at night so they were out of most of can sodas and didn't offer us a fountain drink instead so I was kind of disappointed. The wings were good and our order came out fast. I so badly wanted this spot to be great; I've given it several more chances than I normally would due to its proximity to my residence, but every time I'm disappointed. I will say it is much better if you have the time to go in and wait, but they can never manage to do extra crispy wings so you still need to take them home and put them in the oven, and delivery is 100% out of the question! I've ordered delivery three times now (cause I'm crazy I guess) all three times my order has been incorrect and missing items I was charged for! Overall the food was good, its a scratch kitchen so everything had a fresh taste. We visited this establishment today. The service was good, the cashier explained that it would take at least 25 min., to fry the chicken, because everything is fresh, which I was fine with the wait. However, the waffle was burnt, dry, and small. The Thai salad was okay (just a Caesar salad) with Sweet Thai sauce. The seasoning of the chicken was good, but the chicken was slimy (not cleaned properly). The waffle fries was the only safe choice. Yesterday I went to this place to try out because I seen it all on Facebook & decided to try it out because who don't like wings & it was only 20 mins from my house so I said why not. When I got there it was so hard to order cause the menus on the tv were moving a little too fast so it took me a minute to order the lady that was working the counter was very nice & she knew much about the menu because I couldn't decide what to order. When I did order it only took about 10 minutes which was good because I didn't care I was watching my wizards play. Then I got my order & I always check my order to make sure everything was ok & it wasn't which was fine because I can understand that sometimes items don't end up in the bag by mistake so I just asked for it & It was giving to me right away. But when I got home I notice that my waffle fries was missing that came with my sandwich but I wasn't upset though to me it was saying you did not need them anyway LOL. But other then a my waffle fries missing the food was great as well as the service. The only thing I would recommend is that they suggest a sauce and some cheese to go on the fried chicken sandwich because it would make it taste even better. read more

Ordered online from third party site, never got the wings after an hour, tried to figure it out by calling the restaurant that basically didn't care and just left it there. Then the site we used was extremely slow to respond or do anything, eventually called the restaurant which claimed someone had received it, which I hadn't, didn't believe we weren't trying to scam and took a long time to eventually decide to refund this approximately an hour and 45 minutes after the order, then 5 minutes after waiting we are told it will take up to 5 days(whatever to that, truly don't care). Then 15 minutes later I receive a confused phone call of someone barely capable of speaking English that claims they have my food and don't know where they are, she would not give the food to my girlfriend, whom is more calm than myself at this point. Finally get upstairs and the order is wrong... if I could give negative stars I would, to both this place and Grubhub/Doordash. read more
