Chicken wings were dry and bland (aside from the sauce) ... they need to brine their wings before frying and coating them in sauce. Mango habanero is tasty but needs to have a balance of mango and habanero, it's more on the mango side. I've ordered takeout from here twice, once when they first opened and the second time more recent was a door dash order. The time I was in store, they had just opened, it's fairly small and they had a few tables to sit at. You walk up to order and I believe they will bring it to you at the table, at least they did when I waited for my to go order. I waited a normal amount of time for what I ordered. Both times I had boneless wings, the first time I had the Mango habanero Flavor- the actual wings were cooked well (could be crispier) but the sauce was not my favorite. It was really really overpoweringly sweet and really really spicy, just a bit too much of each part of the flavor. The second time we tried a couple different flavors- mild Buffalo, garlic Parmesan, teriyaki, and lemon pepper. Same experience, the actual chicken was good but some of the sauces were a miss. The buffalo was good, garlic parmesan pretty good, lemon pepper was way too lemony and salty, not peppery and the teriyaki was a very mild teriyaki flavor. We also had mozzarella sticks which were good. The food was prepared in a timely fashion and packaged really well in nice boxes, maybe just the flavors I chose weren't my favorite. I would give it another chance and maybe try some traditional wings/sauces and other menu items. read more

Sweet potatoes fries were so overcooked they were more like chips and not hot at all. Soda was supposed to be Dr Pepper and it was root beer. The wings were not hot and just ok. The regular waffle fries were overcooked as well. read more

You would never know this place just opened. It looked like it needed a new paint job on the floor, the restroom was broken, and even the table decoration was broken. Now on to food - the wings were marginal and over cooked. I had the boneless and traditional and they left much to be desired. However, the waffle fries were pretty good. The waffle fries were amazing and the food overall was pretty good. But the other reviews about the poor customer service are legit. I walked in to get my online order and no one said hello. No one asked how they could help me or what I needed. Some straight up avoided eye contact like I wasn't even there. I will never be coming back here. We ordered 20 wings, waited over 30 minutes and had several people that ordered after us receive their food before us. I saw my food sitting on the counter for several minutes and actually had to ask the owner for my order. The wings ended up being really rubbery, bland and honestly for $27 I could make better wings at home myself. Don't waste your time or especially your money here. read more

These wings seemed to have been prepared well in advanced. These were not big nor fresh. They were ok at best. Facility was not clean. I will not go back and for being a wing only place.
