Jason and Kobe both have provided excellent customer service consistently go above and beyond when we have found ourselves in need of electrical help. Once I had received 3 different quotes and was overwhelmed by the cost. After some exploration of my home, Jason was able to find a way (without cutting more drywall) to fix the problem for WAY under what others had quoted me. Truth be told, Jason and Kobe act with the upmost integrity and go ABOVE AND BEYOND (which includes fitting into parts of my ceiling I didn't think any human could possibly shimmy into). They were willing to do the hard labor to help make it work for the customer, when others simply took the easier route, that was much more expensive for the customer. I have been from shop to shop trying to find out what was driving the issues that have cost me a lot of wasted time, energy, and resources. One of the other, more costly repairs I have had done in the past, which ultimately cost me $1200 more recently, was found to still exist. Again, Brian at Roudebush recommended a way for me to manage this issue over time with little cost me. All this said, the staff was upfront, didn't blame others for past repairs and ultimately addressed my issues. Their price was very competitive and reasonable.
