Yesterday my husband called them because we have an electrical problem which might have been caused by the recent flood. They were supposed to come today but they cancelled. When my husband called them back they said they couldn't come out til next Wednesday and he was upset. We have no electricity in our bathroom so it is a bit of a problem. Apparently they just took our money for the contract and that's it. They won't get our business again.
