He said, "he is a good guy, does great work at a fair price." I called Crawford and they answered right away. It happened he was close by working. An hour later he shows up with a helper. Understand that we are a school with 8 HVAC systems and a fairly messed up attic system with heat pumps. They figure out the problem, got the part needed and fixed in about a 90 minutes.
