I reached out to Jeremy for a second opinion. He was able to diagnose my motor issue quickly and get me a new quality furnace with a warranty for a much better deal. I'm a single gal in my first home and he was able and willing to walk me through how it all worked and made sure we tested everything before he left. He was very tidy and respectful of my home. I highly recommend this business over one of the big box companies.

Took him 3 days to come out, needless to say we didn't have hot water for a week. Submitted claim, after several days of back and forth with company, never answered my calls or returned my texts or voicemails. Finally, claim was approved, reached out to schedule, no response, so had to go with another tech. Terrible communication. I caution using him for fixes needing fixed in a timely manner.

So I called Fannin's and his wife answered the phone, as it is a real mom-n-pop business, ha. She was nice and sent her husband out to my home within a couple hours. He arrived in his marked work van full of tools and parts, and checked my furnace and discovered a small part, the igniter, I think, was defective. This was maybe a $20 part, and he checked a few other things, cleaned my furnace up a bit, and replaced the part, tested it, and yippie! It now worked and I again had heat in that section of my home. He did not try to up sell me or say I needed any extra parts to make himself extra money. He was very honest and fair in his prices and with his time. He also showed me a few basic maintenance things to watch for on the furnace. Some unscrupulous types may have tried to take advantage of the situation to pocket more cash, but he did not do this at all. I highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs. He's an old guy but enjoys what he does, so I don't think he's going to retire anytime soon, ha. I think my total cost for the parts, labor, and same day service call were under $100. Seemed like a fair price to pay.

I called two local companies, but they could not get anyone out until late afternoon to early evening. This would normally not be a problem but I had to go to work and my daughter was going to be home. Panic rose with the thought of having to replace the unit. My stress level was pretty high at this point. I decided to try another search on the internet and found Cadwallader Heating & Cooling. I didn't see where they serviced my area, but I gave them a call in the morning anyway. Jerri answered and was so nice. She could tell I was very upset and took time to reassure me that things would be okay. I told her my situation and she said she was sending someone out and that they would arrive within the hour. She was true to her word. Joe Morgan showed up and within minutes he found the issue. He took time to explain what had happened and assured me the part was guaranteed. As I chatted with Joe, I realized that this company was genuinely sincere in the desire to offer THE BEST customer service possible. Needless to say, I am sticking with Cadwallader!
