I'm not much into sports and the outdoors, but if my boyfriend needs to pick up something this is where he usually heads, and I'll tag along for the fun. It's a pretty large store, with men and women's clothing and shoes, and lots of sports gear and equipment, from skates to camping gear. The prices are pretty good when something's on sale, otherwise I wouldn't usually get anything here. My boyfriend likes their jackets, he doesn't usually go anywhere else for them. They're kinda sporty, slick but not too dressy, and often waterproof.
You can tell they work on commission here though, because once a sales staff sees that you're interested, they swoop in and hover around you until you make a decision. I hate that. And then they'll mark their name on the item's tag so they get the credit. Okay, I get it, it's the store's policy, but can't they have one that's less annoying? read more
