The last 2 appointments the Doctor was late in seeing me. By late it was over an hour. This appointment they made me pay my copay before the visit. The doctor came in and said sorry we are running behind and then couldn't understand why I was upset. When checking out the receptionist was telling a new customer if he was 10 minutes late for his appointment they will refuse to see him! But it's ok for them to be late and not even bother to tell you they are running late. Needless to say I am not going back read more

Horrible customer service. I would never recommend this place. I was scheduled for an appointment and I called to reschedule it and they told me my appointment had already passed and I had no showed and I made it very clear I have the date of my appointment and it wasn't until next week and then they said they sent me a text reminder of the appointment I supposedly no showed and I asked them to verify my number because I never got a text and sure enough that had my number in the computer incorrectly. So the lady who originally scheduled me put my phone number in wrong and then gave me a different date than the one she put in the computer. So we fixed my number and they got me rescheduled but I ended up having to reschedule that appointment as well because my son's daycare suddenly closed and I had to move my work schedule around so I called to say I couldn't make that date and that I needed to reschedule and during the middle of rescheduling I was hung up on. I tried to call right back and no answer. I then left multiple voicemails and not until 2 weeks later they finally called me back and left a voicemail saying I cannot be reschedule because I did 2 no call no shows. I called them right back and no one answered so I left a voicemail and explained everything and still got no call back. So I called back today and explained myself again and the receptionist said she can't schedule me so I asked to speak with her manager thinking clearly once I explain what has happened it would be no problem, but then I'm told that she spoke with her manager, Leah Delisle, and that Leah said I cannot reschedule because I no showed twice and I said well did you explain what actually happened to her and how I didn't no show either of the times and she said yes but she said you still cannot reschedule. So then I asked to speak with the manager and she said I couldn't because she was in a meeting... how convenient right? ... so then I asked to speak to whoever is above her but was told there wasn't anyone. Coming from someone who works in the medical field myself, I am very glad I found out how they treat their customers early on. I will make sure all of my friends and family are aware as well so they do not give this place any of their time or money. read more

I have been a loyal customer at Atlee for over 12 years, in that time I have suffered with spotty service and rude office workers. As of recent they have screwed up my prescription to the point that I get headaches. I have also been trying to get contact lenses ordered for almost two months, I called today to check on the second time I had to order on 12 April (today is the 24th), they hung up on me, not the first time, then when I called back to speak to a manager, I asked her to reorder the lenses. She laughed at me and said even if I come try in person it isn't happening. I lodged a formal complaint with my insurance and they said they don't even list them as one of their Optometrists any more due to poor billing practices and customer complaints. Initially I figured I would just go there in person, because the person ordering for them is nearly completely inept/or just doesn't want to do her job. Now I am left with the choice of going there in person and risk an altercation with "Laughing Girl", or just letting it roll off and go without for a few months. Make your own call, but I urge you to steer clear. From what I can tell, there are NO responsible adults working there anymore. I gave 1 star because they kept the building heated when I visited. read more

Terrible customer service. I needed a simple optical frame sunglass replacement. My phone calls and emails not answered. Also physically drove to their office and couldn't get in without an appointment, which meant calling the telephone number that no one ever answers!! Moving my eye care services elsewhere. read more

I have been going here for 35 years. I have never had to pay a co-pay and my circumstances haven't changed. About a week ago, I got a bill for $24.99, and when I asked about it, the girl snipped at me and said, Its a co-pay. I said no, Ive never had to pay one, and if I did, it was usually $3. She insisted The bill was a co pay, and when I called Monday morning, The smart mouthed one asked if I was calling about the bill I got. I said yes, and she basically hung up on me. A second note, I had to go in to check on my prescriptions in the past 4 years. The last prescription I got was all wrong for my eyes. I had eyeglasses made and couldn't see a thing with them. Because it was wrong, again. I do not know now which prescription is right for me, because they are all very different. I wouldn't suggest going here. I went to see Dr. Atlee for the first time 6 months ago for an eye exam. The atmosphere in the office seemed unhappy. I went in for my eye exam with Dr. Attlee and he seemed immediately upset when I told him that I needed my script as I was purchasing my glasses elsewhere. I questioned him when he said my eyes had not changed much since my last exam because I was having issues but he didn't seem to care and gave me my script. I ordered my glasses at Eyemart Expess and just as I thought I still cannot see well so now I need to see someone else for an eye exam which I will need to pay out of pocket. Not happy!! read more

Don't waste your time, tried to make a appointment with them and was told that I would need a referral, well had my doctor fax one over and never got a call back, so the next day I call them they said they didn't receive it, call my doc again they sent another one, still never received a call back. And tbe first place why do I need a referral, apparently their billing system is messed up. read more

First I called to see if there were any cancellation's for a full eye exam. I couldn't see outta my left eye very well. I got an appointment, however when I got there it was an appointment to just look at my eye. So I made another appointment for a full eye exam, I went the day and time I was told and it wasn't the correct day or time! So unless you have a lot of time to waste I wouldn't recommend this Eye-care practice I realize they are training new staff but two mistake's to the same patient within a month??? I have gone to this place for a number of years and this one has posed problems! I get my bill and find a CL REFIT! A refit for contact lenses that I have already worn in the past! Also a $55 charge for the eye doctor to walk out of the room to get me a package of "sample" contacts!!!! I call and want the eye doctor to explain but of course she won't and the office lady calls and gives a line of BS! Won't ever go back and word of mouth goes a long way! read more

My glasses broke I had to wait for them to open due to shut down, fine I get it. Then made appointment up front told them I have a medical condition can not wear a mask. Was told this would not be an issue. This morning Friday June 5 had an appointment waited an HR past the time I was scheduled for which I understand also. But was told the Dr would not see me cause I can't wear a mask, I have a health issue that I can't wear one. They didn't care. Said I could get new glasses and lenses. How considering I'm having eye issues cause it's been over 2 yrs. I was up front about my health issue. They said no problem. They didn't care about my underlined health issue. Was told they are a private practice and Deny me, so why not say that up front. So you don't have special hrs for people like me thuoght that's y I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and it was at 720 am. My glasses are broke and superglued together, also having eye issues considering time it's been. DO NOT GO TO THSES PEOPLE THEY DONT CARE, I'm pulling my whole family out you should too. read more

I recently visited the optical shop with my 4 year old who we just found out needs glasses. They were more than willing to order multiple pairs, sizes and colors to find the perfect fit for both my liking and hers! They were so amazing with my shy little four year old and were so very patient! I would recommend then to any family with small children! Huge time wasters. Due to their bad scheduling they broke up my appointment into 2 visits . Each visit they were fast to put me in a room but as I currently sit and write it's been 45 minutes waiting in here alone. I honestly don't understand wtf is wrong with this place.
