The generator delivery was scheduled for a delivery day by the manufacturer; however, they wouldn't give me a specific window or time of delivery on that day. I reached out to Bob's and spoke to Ron about what I had going on and he recommended I have the generator delivered to their yard for a controlled delivery to the jobsite along with the crane and counterweights. Ron visited the jobsite to get a good look at the layout and was able to put a solid plan together for a very good price. This past Monday the generator was delivered to Bob's yard in Lakeside and we schedule the crane pick for 7am a couple of days later. On the day of, the generator showed up on a flatbed semi and about 3 minutes later the crane showed up. The operator and rigger walked the site and within about 2 hours they were able to offload and set our generator within the new CMU enclosure and pack up. These guys from the time of getting a quote to the time they were rolling off the jobsite were professional and did a fantastic job. We will likely be going straight to Bob's for our next generator pick later this year as I don't see a need to shop elsewhere at this point.
