The generator delivery was scheduled for a delivery day by the manufacturer; however, they wouldn't give me a specific window or time of delivery on that day. I reached out to Bob's and spoke to Ron about what I had going on and he recommended I have the generator delivered to their yard for a controlled delivery to the jobsite along with the crane and counterweights. Ron visited the jobsite to get a good look at the layout and was able to put a solid plan together for a very good price. This past Monday the generator was delivered to Bob's yard in Lakeside and we schedule the crane pick for 7am a couple of days later. On the day of, the generator showed up on a flatbed semi and about 3 minutes later the crane showed up. The operator and rigger walked the site and within about 2 hours they were able to offload and set our generator within the new CMU enclosure and pack up. These guys from the time of getting a quote to the time they were rolling off the jobsite were professional and did a fantastic job. We will likely be going straight to Bob's for our next generator pick later this year as I don't see a need to shop elsewhere at this point.

I had to coordinate with a service to get rid of the spa, after doing that (separate review for Blake Hauling to follow), contacted Nick with desired date. Nick came out next day to take some measurements, firm up timing, set up payment. Day of lift went without a hitch! Troy, crane operator, showed up about 15 minits early, set up his rig, provided straps for my son and I to wrap around the spa (Nick told us this would be the case). The straps were a little short, Troy came up and fixed that problem. Briefed up on how we'd do the lift. Picked it up and set it on Blake Hauling's truck that was waiting to haul it away. Highly recommend these folks.

Whatever it took to get the job done is how Best Crane Service works, and that's a company that I want to do business with.
