It's now August 28th and the job isn't complete, I had to terminate them. The quality isn't bad but not what was in the contract. They cut corners with bathroom vanities, the bar, base boards, lighting etc.. not to mention damaged expensive door handles upstairs and ruined a newly stained balcony. To sum it up they lie and deceive all the while scheming for more money. Roger took full advantage of us, we live in Los Angeles and use our Montana home for holidays and summers. My advice to anyone considering any type of construction to avoid Porch construction.

On Friday, he texted and said he was sorry, could he come give the quote? I said sure. Then he said he couldn't come after all, but would come on Saturday. He showed up over an hour late. We went through the project, which involved several rooms, with a lot of detail. One thing I needed was a few small drywall patches and to have them painted on a ceiling in a small office. He said verbally it would be over $1000. Well, I did that job myself with my other contractor showing me how and it requires relatively little skill and only a few hours so that was absurd. Regarding the rest of the quote, he never even sent it after all of that. I also noticed my tile place has stopped recommending him. So yeah, extremely extremely unprofessional, don't waste your time.
