Jose and his team turned our over-grown, hot mess of a yard into a beautiful well-maintained looking yard. We needed a ton of trees cut and new mulch, as well as general weeding done, but the team got it done in about a day's work. Throughout the time the team was here, they were all super communicative and friendly. The pricing is super reasonable and when Jose came out to give us a quote, he never tried to upsell anything- only making suggestions if I was unsure of what I really wanted in an area of my yard. Over the last few years my GT275 has needed some TLC that called for above and beyond support and I am grateful for the assistance that Tom and the service team's in-person and over the phone support provided. On one occasion, I had to remove and replace my tractor's muffler...the parts team set me up with the various fittings needed to properly swap out all components. I had another excellent conversation with Bill as we discussed how best to service the various lube points on my tractor and the tractor deck. Last Friday I truly appreciated Tom's time and attention to detail as he helped me navigate a blade and belt swap. Although these are all routine maintenance tasks I appreciated their patience, guidance and knowledge of their products.
