Close to downtown Edmonds, down the street from a shopping center with Trader Joe's & Chick Fil A, and surrounded by many hole in the wall cultural restaurants. Management gets back quickly, the maintenance guy is incredible helpful and timely. They take care of snow really well, always icing and plowing, the grounds are kept clean year round and they give ample notice of any landscape projects. The free parking with plenty of spaces is a huge plus, we lived on the 1st floor and rarely heard our upstairs neighbors. Our kitchen cabinets were soft closing which was amazing. It might not be the most aesthetic or spacious, and the first floor didn't get much natural light, but for our first couple years of marriage it was a great fit!

I had giant spiders for roommates. My shower broke when I moved in, they fixed the knob but left…read morethe faulty seal in the wall for another day which left me with a large hot water drip for 10 months, despite my requests. The fire alarm control box for the building was located 10 feet from my front door and beep so loudly one could not block it out without earbuds. I was shown how to temprarily turn it off. This solution could last for 10 seconds or the rest of the day. This went on for 5-6 months. My son moved out after 2 months leaving me with a room i could not fill because of the beeping. I reported the change in residency to the office, face to face, but no changes were made and I paid for WSG for 2 for 8 months plus the running water, plus the energy bill for the running hot water. The walls are thin. It sounds like you are going to drown when the upstairs neighbor flushes their toilet. Despite the rules, vaping and smoking on the property is constant. I couldn't crack my windows because my neighbors vaped constantly on their patio or in their cars with the windows down, and because of the guy who smoked 2 cigs on his back porch between 5-530am on weekdays. I was threatened multiple times with eviction for vaping or smoking (which one?), which made my home feel unsafe and hostile. It was always a pleasure to have the police shine their spotlight in your window when ever they rolled through. Very comforting. The list goes on and on, but I will end the negatives with this. When I had a problem I would talk to the staff and nothing would get done. I will give Park 210 1 star for being well maintained and safe on the outside, and there is plenty of parking.

Management is a joke. Kaylee is the only good thing about this place and all upper management could…read morelearn a thing or two from her. 1) Parking is expensive here. I pay $200 (some are paying like $250) but the apartments across the street are only $100. 2) You have to pay a fee to pay your rent. 3) They loop your rent and your parking into one so if you need to break you're lease (which is 2 months of rent plus concessions), be prepared to pay two months of parking as well cause management are sneaky cons as if they didn't know this was happening. 4) I've personally seen management change my ledger and claimed I didn't make a full payment when I always do - and I usually pay a little more for the water and trash. I went down to dispute and they said I never did and I asked for the ledger and told them everything looked right and I was caught up and they said "that's with me moving this around".... Nahhh, nice try. 5) The garage gets broken into. 6) Things get stolen in the garage. 7) The package room has been broken into. 8) My e-bike was stolen from their "secured" bike room and they don't do anything for you other than call the cops. Like, we trust you to keep your rooms locked and secured, the least you could do is comp a month of parking or something. 9) They've supposedly hired security to walk around at night. I've seen this once when they first supposedly started. I haven't seen them since. 10) I do like the layout of my apartment. This place use to be pretty good until new management took over. 11) It's about $25/month for trash give or take and they're finally doing valet trash and recycling which is nice.

I learned this community does not allow Black Americans to lease apartments. The leasing agent…read morerefused to give me keys after signing the lease and paying all the deposits. When I returned the following business day no one was in the office or even picked up the phone. These cowards did not have the decency to return my emails or phone calls to give their version of events or even explain their breakdown in communication. Evidently Traxx and Coast Property Management believe they have the right to openly discriminate against prospective tenants based on their race/ethnicity because they do not believe in fair housing.

We have to leave because we need to move to Seattle for personal reasons. Evenlyn, the property manager, is the best one I've ever seen in the area. She's so kind, understanding, and truly cares about the residents. She is very responsive to our questions. She is also very transparent and great at communicating expectations for maintenance turnaround, etc. I highly recommend living at Silver Oaks!!

I have lived at Silver Oak Apartments in Mountlake Terrace, WA for over 6 years. Due to a change in…read morejobs my commute time to work has doubled, gasoline prices have also doubled, toll roads are very expensive, and the new apartment owners have increased their rents significantly (this will be a deterrent for commuters). That combination plus some other issues had made it necessary for me to move. Now to my review: Evelyn, the apartment manager, and Serafin, the maintenance manager at Silver Oak, have kept this place groomed and spotless. Since I had to look for a new apartment, I had the opportunity to see how other apartment complexes are being run and taken care of. Honestly, there is almost no comparison! The grounds here are clean and updated; if ever there is an overload at the trash and recycle containers at night, by next morning it is picked up and cleaned up. No trash, debris and grime in the buildings hallways. The grounds are lush with beautiful big trees, blooming bushes, manicured lawns and flowers. This property shows well because the manager and maintenance manager are on top of it. The cabana with pool, jacuzzi, and work-out room are clean and maintained on a constant level. Everything is timely and un-cluttered. When there is a need for repairs or replacements, Serafin will be prompt and get it done well. There usually is very little wait time. Once when my washer broke and I reported it to Evelyn in the morning, by the time I got home in the evening, a new one had been installed. Same with my refrigerator. During the pandemic, Evelyn would walk the buildings and deliver packages. As a matter of fact, when I left the complex last Saturday at around 7:00PM (the office closes at 5:00PM) I saw Evelyn walk around delivering packages! The reason I did not give it a 5 star has to do with the interiors. While many are updated, there still are some, like my former unit, that needs an overhaul. I am sure Evelyn and Serafin will take care of it now that I have moved out. This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived at, and I will miss the safety and serenity of the greenery of this Pacific Northwest suburban oasis :) Thank you!!

Not only was it in the area I had been wanting to live in (close to my daughter's school as well as in a great neighborhood) but it was the right size of a complex and off a main road with lots of close places (grocery stores, fast food, Hwy 99 and the great town of Edmonds). The small complex has a green area around it and to this day I still love to sit on my deck and look at the trees, watch the squirrels and birds. We live in a nice 2 bd, 1 ba. VERY spacious! with a lot of light. It has all the amenities that I was wanting and more (W/D, Dishwasher and a wood burning Fireplace) and the price is great for the size and location. Plenty of parking!! It is also quiet and the tenants all seem to get along, very friendly. The manager has been great and if there are any issues he is there that day or the next and always there if an emergency comes up. I had one thing I wanted to put up in my place and he was very kind to help. A lot of the tenants like to recycle and he was great to add on an extra service to accommodate us. He even discussed adding composting! I have had to deal with larger complexes and managers who are not on top of anything or care about their tenants. Not so at Woodridge. The manager makes sure things are being done and taken care of and notices when something is out of place. It's very refreshing to have someone care about the people and where we live. I do not plan to move from here as I found a home, but I would recommend anyone to live here as you would be lucky and would love it as much as I do.
