After living in this complex for six years, overall it was a very positive experience. At the time of move in, the rent was $800 a month (and even with rises it was always the best deal in the neighborhood). The apartment was spacious at 950 square feet, and felt pretty open. The neighborhood and complex was very quiet, the grounds were always well maintained and clean, it was safe, pretty close to I5, buses to any major hub run just a block away, and the train into Seattle is just a hop on the bus.
When going to leave our review we have seen some negative talk about the manager Eric. Again, overall our experience with him was very positive. Some mentioned being "yelled at" because of calling him on the phone, however we would call or text him whenever we needed to get ahold of him, and never had any incident. If he wasn't immediately available, he would always get back to us in a timely manner. On top of this, he always went out of his way for us. There was a time when my wife needed a lot of paperwork for her Green card, and Eric was always happy to provide the documentation, and even wrote multiple affidavits in our support during this process. To be completely honest, in six years he did get upset with us, ONCE - however, to be fair to him, we were breaking the rules and somewhat deserved it, and even still he apologized.
Moving into Woodridge apartments was our first exposure to Edmonds, and eight years later we are still here. It is a really great place to live, a warm community with a lot of different facets. It has local breweries, very focused on the arts, has a farmers market, great schools, and a lot of community events. read more
