When I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to reschedule or answer my calls. I ended up getting an appointment at 1pm. It apparently that's just when I'll be there and my procedure will by at 2:10 but the staff said that's not even necessarily the case. At the end of the call today I'll have to come at 1pm and got lecturered about not letting my driver leave. They said I could be done anywhere between 2pm and 4pm but that all depends on how things go with my procedure and how I do with anesthesia. I've had this done before and had no issues and was in and out in almost an hour when I did this at the Houston medical center. I hear over and over again this doctor is amazing it's just a shame the office staff is such a nightmare but as you can see from other reviews it just seems to be how this office runs. I almost feel like I should double check my will so fingers crossed I actually leave here without any major medical issues. If you could rate less than 1 star I would. Update*** I was able to speak to the office manager today and she claims my appointment will be closer to the 1pm time but that's not what my appointment reads in their own app. Long story short she essentially considers this not an issue anymore because I have an appointment. She stressed several times that she already took time off during vacation to call me but honestly had the staff not been an issue she wouldn't have had to get involved at all. I did also file an OCR complaint. From what I gathered today this behavior won't be changing and I'll just have to decide if this doctor is really worth all this trouble. Below is what I filed the OCR for the lack of concern this office has when working with disabled veterans. Issue with retaliation from scheduler Penelope when told my appt was not going to be possible in AM. She informed me she had a 1pm appt and I informed her to schedule that and let me speak with supervisor to confirm. She then refused to schedule and told me she'd let the office manager do it. I later found out after reaching out to the providers I see there that the office manager was on vacation. I asked Dr S asst to inform them to schedule me for the 1pm and she again refused. The office manager told me she was on vacation. Penelope had told the office manager I had used profanity which was untrue. On several occasions I noted my disability of anxiety as well as being in Houston to assist my parents with their cancer appointments for Chemo. I was eventually contacted and told they would move my appointment to that day at 2:10 as there was no longer a 1pm appt. I also had to contact the VA about possibly moving my provider as I was concerned about my care at this facility. I believe I was treated inappropriately especially after noting with Penelope my disability status and concerns personally of being in Houston to assist family.

He said, "Great, let's get you an appointment" and led me to the appointment desk. I asked the schedular why I couldn't have called to do that and he said "you have to see the doctor first". It took me another month to get the injection. Afterwards I asked to schedule an appointment for my neck and the same thing happened. This is a scam. Do not give these shisters another penny.

Over the years I had changed physicians a few times. The new guy was concerned, caring and told me he would find the best and safest treatment for my pain. And he did I started having some good days. Then the wonderful physician that was treating me sold the practice. I wasn't particularity fond of the new guy but figured I would give him a chance. They for some reason could not get test results so I went to get copies of disc etc. before my appt. After having problems finding a place to park, I waited behind a couple of other patients to sign in and when i got to the receptionist another one informed her that I was more than the allotted 2 minutes and that I would not be seen. That meant no prescriptions etc until I could be "worked" in. The new physician in my opinion prior to this incident did not really care and his treatments gave me NO good days. I told the receptionist how I felt about the physician loud enough so he could hear me and after a round of applause I left. I did not return to his practice and a few comments made to me as I was leaving gave me the distinct impression there were many who would be doing the same.

ALetter to Dr Fetoh…read more I just thought I would put in writing a few thoughts so I don't forget when I do my review first of all that defeat you I am very disciplined in the fact that I have been a patient of yours for seven years. That's a pretty long time for loyalty I visited one of your new PAs the other day last month and apparently the wrong information got back to you to me. It just sounds absolutely false, but I will allow you the opportunity to tell you what happened? I have been in and out of the ER at least 4 to 5 times for diverticulitis. They treated me there quite nicely as I was having extreme stomach cramps. After the diagnosis I went to see Melissa in your Palm Bay office to explain what happened and what she can do to help me. instead, she rolled her eyes at me as I was walking into the office. I'm just not quite sure why, but then I explained everything that was happening and how awful my stomach felt. I was released from the hospital the day before after being admitted I thought maybe you could help me so I won't have to keep going back to the ER for release . Everyone I have talked to has come to the agreement that she acted quite harshly to me. I have been seeing you Dr Fetoh for seven years. That's quite a long time and I of course couldn't believe it when the first thing she said out of her mouth was I am not giving you medicine again. I tried to explain to her what has been happening to me and she refused to listen she handed me a urine cup, which was impossible to do at that moment and I explain to her that I just did one a couple months ago. I got back to me that she said I cursed her out and I did not. I was very respectful instead I said I will talk to Dr Fetoh about this next month. so a month went by I had another flareup in the hospital again and the ER doctors were quite concerned about how you were treating their patient in any case. I am completely lost of words to say I am a professional and would never say anything cruel to her to treat me so drastically I am confused, especially when they came out and told me you won't see me again and here it is from my new Pump with the only doctor I trust is telling me to leave just from a PA point of view we haven't seen each other but the few times that we did I thought we had a nice cordial relationship. You even have a chance to meet my caregiver anyway. They tried to rush me out of the office and have some kind of craziness and thinking that I'm addicted, drug addicts? I am quite saddened by this because I have never taken any medicine unless it was prescribed by you. it's just sad as all and that's why I'm writing to you. I've also discussed this matter with several professionals. You can not understand it either, but I wanted you to know that I am grateful that you gave me to another doctor to go to, which was very kind, however I really depressed me and confuse me perhaps in the future you may not be so fast you condone this behavior and perhaps ask some of your patients about the gear that they received from her Thank you for reading this and maybe there is hope for people like me that need and deserve pain medicine occasionally

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever called. I emailed first. This is a long post but…read moreworth the read. **My first email, asking questions and they respond with 'Hi Les, Yes, we do injections and medication. The best way to become a new patient is to call us. We will tell you everything your need to know. Kind Regards, Cory Hanflink' ** So, I called and had the nastiest person on the phone. I hung up and sent this email. They're so proud of themselves. My email: 'Dude. What a horrible experience trying to simply get an appointment. The lady said I had to 1) get a referral from who's been treating me (you can't request medical records like everyone else? I'm not in good health and have a lot of doctors. My pain management doctor is too far since I moved here) 2) have the imaging and discs/reports sent over? I have these. I have this all on a disc, along with the report. I wouldn't have been able to see an orthopedic surgeon, chiropractor, and neurosurgeon without them. But you can't take them? I'm having a T5-T8 discectomy performed very soon. I have the advantage plan that I have (PPO) so I don't need referrals. And I'm new to pain management - only the last few months, but my doctor is near my old home in Orlando. You are 3 minutes away, but you are way.too.complicated. I'm sorry I called.' ---- the employee was a complete waste of fresh air----- and then they reply with this: ** Dude. I'm sorry you called and wasted our employees time. Every pain management doctor will need those things from you. You said you are new to pain management? Well we aren't, this is how these things work. We can't request medical records without your signature, its illegal. We need the report to find out what is wrong with you, or else the doctor cant treat you, that's kind of how doctors work. We are not hurting for patients, and because of your attitude, we would not accept you as a patient now anyway. Good luck finding someone to treat your pain, your going to need it! BYE!** ----------- What a rude, 'nasty' professional response. So I did a little investigating on my own, and I'm glad I'm not going there. I already told them I had everything they needed in my hands. Apparently, though they brag about how many patients they have, they probably aren't real, pain-management candidate patients. They're probably their medical marijuana patients. *MEDICAL MARIJUANA RIPOFF*- This is not what I was coming for, but this doctor recommends medical marijuana, but charges to add smokable and charges every 2 months. His fees are very high. This quack is one of the most expensive you will ever find! ------ Update: Cory, everything you said in response is an absolute lie. You're a fraud and nothing more, nothing less. You didn't spend time with me on the phone like you said, and everything else you said is an utter lie. KMA!

My experience working at Dr. Giordano's office was ultimately disappointing and concerning. At…read morefirst, the environment appeared welcoming and organized, particularly during the time when Jordan Cappella Lawlis was present. However, over time, I observed a number of workplace issues that made the environment toxic and unsustainable for long-term employment. It's important to note that although Florida is an 'at-will' employment state, this company requires new hires to sign an arbitration agreement during onboarding, which effectively waives your right to bring certain legal claims--such as workplace retaliation, intimidation, or discrimination--before a jury. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag. The treatment I experienced and witnessed from management, particularly involving Maddison, and Nicole reflects a workplace culture where employee rights are NOT respected. If you are considering employment here, I strongly recommend consulting with a labor or employment attorney before signing any documents, as the onboarding process includes clauses that may limit your ability to seek legal recourse if issues arise. THIS IS EXTREMLY IMPORTANT! DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY! WITH THAT BEING SAID - There appears to be a pattern of favoritism within the leadership structure, particularly involving Nicole Farace, Maddison Gaede, Heather Warwick, and Dr. Giordano himself. These individuals have close personal relationships that seem to influence managerial decisions and staff treatment. THERE IS NO FORMAL HR DEPARTMENT, and as a result, many staff concerns go unaddressed or are dismissed entirely. Conflict resolution is minimal, and certain team members, particularly Nicole and Maddison, are OFTEN at the center of WORKPLACE DRAMA rather than resolving it. The environment lacks professionalism and objectivity, which has contributed to HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER (do your own research as you will) . Allegations and interpersonal conflicts are sometimes weaponized, and I witnessed multiple situations where individuals were terminated under QUESTIONABLE circumstances--especially when they voiced concerns or did not align socially with management. Additionally, I observed behavior that raised serious concerns regarding inclusivity and fairness. Employees from underrepresented backgrounds, including Black staff members, were disproportionately affected by these dynamics. Comments and actions that suggested bias were neither addressed nor acknowledged by management, further contributing to a hostile work culture. This office may work for those seeking short-term employment or limited engagement, but I would not recommend it for professionals looking for growth, support, or a healthy work environment. STRUCTURAL ISSUES WITHIN MANAGEMENT AND A LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY MAKE LONG-TERM SUCCESS HERE DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHED INNER CIRCLE. If I were to rate this company using the standard 1-to-5-star scale, my experience here wouldn't even warrant a 1-star rating. Within the 3 months of my experience, this is exactly what I endored, the workplace culture at this company raises serious concerns regarding inclusivity and racial equity. While Black employees are hired, there appears to be a pattern of differential treatment that suggests the diversity may be more performative than genuinely supported. I personally observed that Black staff were often not given the same opportunities for respect, growth, or conflict resolution. Additionally, with individuals in leadership Nicole (Team Lead) Being Best Friends with Jordan(Office Manager) Heather (office manager) and Dr Giordano (owner) very close - they go to strip clubs together - and Maddison (had sexual relations with Dr Giordano Cousin) created a challenging environment for those who did not conform to their personal dynamics, often leading to tension and isolation
