i've had chronic pain for 15 years eight years ago. I found Florida Pain with Dr Fetoh thought he…read morewas a nice guy. He actually gave me a miracle. He implanted a Pain Pump. I have been loyal going to them for seven years now for the last few months I've been in the hospital at least eight times with abdominal pain, but that's another story. The hospital gave me some pain medicine told me to talk to my pain doctor as I have IBS and reticulitis after I was released from the hospital. I went straight to my pain doctor and asked them for a few pain pills in case I get another flareup that may not having to go to the ER when I got there. It was another new PA she was arrogant and rude. I told her everything and asked if it was possible and she said no I said, could you please think about it or have some compassion and maybe just let me have a small bit of medicine to make it through and again she said no she looked at me like I was a liar. She looked at me like I was a drug addict. I have never been so disappointed and depressed. I thought this was my pain. Doctor and I was proud, but not anymore. you are nothing but a number. You mean absolutely nothing to them. The real doctors is the only one you can see when he's available at your site maybe once a month if you're lucky don't even waste your time.

The title implies that they are in business to treat your pain. I would not know. After waiting 7…read more(seven) weeks for an appointment and finally getting one, I was told that my procedure would begin in 5 days. The day before, they called and informed me that"the doctor was overbooked". The next available was two weeks later. Today, a day before the procedure, another call stating that the doctor was again overbooked and I was rescheduled for JUNE 17th ! The Pain Institute obviously is misnamed, since this entire ordeal began FEBRUARY 19th. In case you are wondering, Dr. Udeshi is the physician who seems to think that constantly overbooking patients with painful conditions is an acceptable practice. Since a physician's oath states "to do no harm", not helping a patient in pain or at least referring them to another doctor, seems to be crossing into that grey area. I am now busy looking for another doctor.

ALetter to Dr Fetoh…read more I just thought I would put in writing a few thoughts so I don't forget when I do my review first of all that defeat you I am very disciplined in the fact that I have been a patient of yours for seven years. That's a pretty long time for loyalty I visited one of your new PAs the other day last month and apparently the wrong information got back to you to me. It just sounds absolutely false, but I will allow you the opportunity to tell you what happened? I have been in and out of the ER at least 4 to 5 times for diverticulitis. They treated me there quite nicely as I was having extreme stomach cramps. After the diagnosis I went to see Melissa in your Palm Bay office to explain what happened and what she can do to help me. instead, she rolled her eyes at me as I was walking into the office. I'm just not quite sure why, but then I explained everything that was happening and how awful my stomach felt. I was released from the hospital the day before after being admitted I thought maybe you could help me so I won't have to keep going back to the ER for release . Everyone I have talked to has come to the agreement that she acted quite harshly to me. I have been seeing you Dr Fetoh for seven years. That's quite a long time and I of course couldn't believe it when the first thing she said out of her mouth was I am not giving you medicine again. I tried to explain to her what has been happening to me and she refused to listen she handed me a urine cup, which was impossible to do at that moment and I explain to her that I just did one a couple months ago. I got back to me that she said I cursed her out and I did not. I was very respectful instead I said I will talk to Dr Fetoh about this next month. so a month went by I had another flareup in the hospital again and the ER doctors were quite concerned about how you were treating their patient in any case. I am completely lost of words to say I am a professional and would never say anything cruel to her to treat me so drastically I am confused, especially when they came out and told me you won't see me again and here it is from my new Pump with the only doctor I trust is telling me to leave just from a PA point of view we haven't seen each other but the few times that we did I thought we had a nice cordial relationship. You even have a chance to meet my caregiver anyway. They tried to rush me out of the office and have some kind of craziness and thinking that I'm addicted, drug addicts? I am quite saddened by this because I have never taken any medicine unless it was prescribed by you. it's just sad as all and that's why I'm writing to you. I've also discussed this matter with several professionals. You can not understand it either, but I wanted you to know that I am grateful that you gave me to another doctor to go to, which was very kind, however I really depressed me and confuse me perhaps in the future you may not be so fast you condone this behavior and perhaps ask some of your patients about the gear that they received from her Thank you for reading this and maybe there is hope for people like me that need and deserve pain medicine occasionally
