Around 2020, due to the passing of my family doctor, Dr. Marino, my medical records were…read moretransferred to this clinic. At the time, I was unaware that my family doctor had passed away. I had previously promised him that I would show him my DNA blood test report from a hospital in China. So, I brought my DNA blood report to a nurse practitioner at this clinic. If I remember correctly, her name was Allison. When I arrived at the clinic, the nurse who checked my blood pressure and heart rate was very unfriendly. My hepatitis B virus test has been positive since childhood, but it is completely non-contagious. The only restriction is that I cannot donate blood. My twin daughters were born without the hepatitis B virus. However, this so-called medical professional actually told me that she needed to report my condition to the local infectious disease agency. I was speechless. How could a so-called medical professional lack such basic medical knowledge? Even now, passing by this clinic still makes me feel very uncomfortable. She made me rethink what it means to be a so-called medical professional in the United States. I encountered this just after returning from my parents' funeral in China in 2019. This in itself was adding insult to injury.

I truly am impressed on how well they listened and handled all my concerns. I use to work in a hospital for over 20 years and even with being an employee and having access to doctors, I have never felt listened to until I came to this office. The best service I've ever received for medical related issues.

I am 72 years old, and would highly recommend Dr. Vinny to anyone interested in a caring competent and knowledgeable doctor. His staff is always pleasant and gets you an appointment that is pretty quick when needed. Wait time in the waiting room may take a while most of the time, this seems to happen with many doctors. I do know that Dr. Vinny sees some of his patients in the hospital in the mornings or afternoons, as I have been seen several times during hospitalizations, a comfort and a concerned doctor. Many times I have seen Dr. Vinny on the same day, if not the next as the latest, if needed. His assistant nurse (C) is very thorough and friendly. I plan on keeping him for my primary for many years to come.

Getting my meds refilled was a nightmare. I had to wait six weeks one time and then four weeks a second time in which I had a gap in my medications. When I spoke with the office staff and manager they all stated that the prescriptions and pre approvals were sent to my drug store. That was false. I called many ties to clear this up and was always told it was taken care of. It was not. Then instead of speaking with me they stopped answering the office phone. I would not recommend this doctor because of the horrible staff he has. If it's important to get your medications refilled on time, look elsewhere.

Dr. kobobel should be completely embarrassed of what he has working in his office or maybe he just doesn't care! I don't even have a deductible so I shouldn't have paid anyway but they just don't bother checking. In Billing "Donna" spends more time telling you that she's waiting to go home or her coffee is cold rather than taking precious time out of her day to actually help patients. I gave it 4 times going to this office and it's a complete joke! Find somewhere else, there's lots of Doctors out there. I'm done!! Not to mention Dr had wrong prescriptions called in twice as well. I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.
