I have had negative…read moreexperiences there in the past regarding overpriced items and poor staff attitudes, and this visit--which I only made because my kids wanted to go--solidified my decision to never shop there again. While browsing, I found a Benelli M2 clearly marked with a the sale price highlighted for $1,100. I worked with an employee named Ernie, who was professional and helpful; his service was the only reason I even considered the purchase. However, management refused to honor the marked price, citing an alleged small pricing error and insisting that Benelli sets the pricing. They advised the price is actually $1,600, which is particularly frustrating since they currently have the same new model listed on Gunbroker.com for $1,449. Management's inflexible stance and the dismissive attitude of the rest of the staff made it impossible to move forward. It is disappointing that they are willing to lose a customer over an alleged small pricing error they refused to make right. I will go somewhere else and pay $1,600.00. Given the recurring lack of transparency and inflated costs, I WILL NOT recommend this shop.
