I've been going here for 7 years and they're always great. Easy to schedule, nice people in reception, great dentist and hygenists.

Expedited a situation I put off for too long and never scolded or made me feel bad- multiple staff said we are glad you are here now. Worked with me on financing major work with 0% interest options. Oral surgeon and endodontist all in-house so it stays in-network for my crappy insurance. No upsells-only recommended good tools like a water flosser, not sure what the other reviews were talking about. I'm leaving my small family doctor and moving my whole family here. Love!

Way over priced. Had an appointment and wait time was unacceptable. I can't comment on care quality…read moreas I only got X-rays. Management reacted out to discuss but as I feel they were over priced and I was pressured to comment to a treatment I didn't have anymore to say to them. Also on my google post they replied and said they were charging fair market prices but I came home called another place and got quoted a fraction of what aspen wanted to charge. I had a cracked tooth that I went there for and instead of addressing that issue they wanted me to do a ton of additional treatments and that would have been fine but I felt the reason I went there for should of been main focus. For me it was just a bad experience. I will never return and if asked I will never recommend to anyone. Try better Aspen with customer relations, keeping appointment time and most importantly work on making things more affordable. Not everyone has $10,000 laying around for dental work. Side note I also have dental insurance and was still quoted astronomical prices.

The place to go if you want to end up with a root canal on the WRONG tooth, hospitalized TWICE,…read moredenial of wrongful practices even with factual evidence, tooth pulled, C Diff, severe mouth infection...need I go on? In September I had a small pimple like bump on my gums. I was out of town and my normal dentist wasn't available so I came here. I'm usually weary of places that have all great reviews but this was the only place close by. I was told they couldn't find anything on the X-ray but that they "might" see a crack in tooth 6 (the tooth that is right in front of your face). They said the bump was from a likely infection and tooth 6 needed a root canal asap. I came back a few days later and they performed the root canal. It was at that point everything went down hill. I was in zero pain prior to the root canal. After, I was in SEVERE pain that had me unable to eat or talk. Lakeview said they do not provide pain medication and I should take Tylenol. I went back to their office so they could make sure the infection wasn't getting worse. They tried prescribing me an antibiotic I told them I was allergic to. Thankfully I caught their mistake and didn't have it filled. They then told me the pain was neurological!! What?!? They said there was nothing they could do. I then went to a different dentist who actually specializes in root canal. They did a CBCT scan and said tooth 5 was actually cracked and unlike Lakeview, they had evidence on the scan. Another root canal was performed but this time thankfully the new dentist provided adequate pain relief. Over the next several weeks, tooth 6 (root canal by Lakeview) continued to cause SEVERE pain and it was decided by an oral surgeon that it needed to be PULLED. In effort to not drag this out...I have had infection after infection including CDiff, nearly sepsis, hospitalized twice, and more. All because a root canal was done on the WRONG tooth! I called Lakeview and showed them evidence from the endodontist that performed the root canal on tooth 5 and explained I was told by TWO doctors that Lakeview performed a root canal on the wrong tooth. Lakeview said they would "look into it" but in the end did NOTHING. So aside from the very serious infections, I have paid over 10k out of pocket. If there are any attorneys out there that feel like taking on a slam dunk case with factual evidence, please reach out. Update 10/29 due to lakeviews wrongful diagnosis, I received major surgery on teeth 2-12 maxillary to remove the infected cyst which turned into infected bone that lakeview never handled. Update: 11/2 while I'm at the hospital for the 3rd or 4th time for IV antibiotics for a severe dental infection that may now be impacting my vision. Here's a breakdown of their legal responsibilities and likely illegal acts: Although pulp vitality and percussion testing were performed, the inability to definitively identify the affected tooth should have prompted further imaging, such as cone beam CT or periapical radiographs, or a referral for oral surgical evaluation (the latter which was done AFTER a root canal was performed) rather than proceeding directly with endodontic treatment. Proceeding with irreversible therapy despite inconclusive diagnostic results represents a failure to adhere to accepted diagnostic standards under N.J.A.C. 13:30-8.1(b) and violates the ADA's Principle of Nonmaleficence (§3), which requires practitioners to avoid harm when the diagnosis is uncertain. The post-surgical findings confirm that the lesion was extra-radicular, indicating that the root canal was not clinically indicated and did not address the actual pathology.

The second was scheduled for April 23rd at 3:00 PM. I left work early to make it on time, but I received a text saying my appointment was at 4:00 PM. I didn't think much of it and arrived around 3:30 PM. When I checked in, I was charged only for the filling. I explained that I was also supposed to get a deep cleaning, which should've brought the total to $125. The front desk said they didn't have me down for a cleaning. After some back and forth, she looked again and found that I had been scheduled for the cleaning, but it had been canceled -- supposedly because the hygienist wasn't in. I went ahead with the filling, but when I came out, the very same hygienist who did my first cleaning was there. I asked why my cleaning was canceled if the hygienist was in the office. The checkout desk rep looked again, said there were no notes, and told me the next available cleaning appointment wasn't until June 3rd. I told her I didn't understand how my cleaning appointment was just canceled without notice or explanation. She said she would cancel someone else's 4:00 PM appointment to fit me in, because their insurance had expired. I said it felt like the same thing had happened to me -- my appointment was probably canceled to fit someone else in. She denied it, but the whole thing felt shady. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager because I honestly thought the whole situation was crazy. She told me the manager wasn't there but said she could have her call me. This place is completely disorganized, lacks accountability, and clearly doesn't prioritize patients. I am in the process of finding another dentist office to go to, and I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone. It's no surprise they have a 2-star rating!

They didn't dive her a choice and she came in and paid $99 for the service, unfortunately the main reason for her visit, cleaning of her teeth did not happen. As after the ex-rays and check up they told her she needs to have deep cleaning $250 each side, totaling in $500 for the whole mouth. My mom told them that she paid for regular cleaning and wants only regular cleaning done, plus there is no way she can afford such amount. They said that they refused to clean her teeth as they is no point to do so as she needs full work up. They made her sign a waiver that she refuses the suggested cleaning. When my mom shocked by all this asked for her money back they refused, and only after some time agreed on giving her back $30. This is unbelievable. Please do not go to this practice as they will take you for all you got and will not give you the service that you paid for. I know one thing what comes around goes around and I hope that the medical board will punish them as I plan to go with this complain all the way.
