I am TERRIFIED of having my teeth worked on. It's been difficult to get numb in the past and so there's always pain. But I needed an emergency root canal this week and I got referred to Lambert Endodontics. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience there. It started with the staff as a whole. So friendly and helpful, every single person. And Dr. Lambert was exceptionally good. He started by talking me through everything as he went, and was very reassuring. That was so helpful! He had a very good chair-side manner. I'm very grateful to have been referred to him. I highly recommend Dr Lambert if you're in need of an Endodontist! read more

I read the negative reviews out of curiosity as I have nothing bad to say about this practice. Blair was kind and friendly as well as Dr. Lambert and his hygienists. When you go to any dentist/specialist, you'll have to pay at least $200.00. Nothing is free. His fees for root canals are the same as everyone else. His office is very clean. He made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I have no tooth pain after, which is great! He kept taking X-rays to make sure my teeth were well done. It didn't cost extra for that. I have nothing bad to say about my experience yesterday. I'd recommend them especially for people who are afraid of the dentist. He was more gentle and kind than the other dr. that did a root canal 2 months ago. They got me in the next day. No one else seemed to care. They did. He also gave me a call personally to see how I was feeling. Thank you guys!! read more

My entire experience with Dr. Lambert and the team was positive. I highly recommend them for their courtesy, attention to my anxiety and apprehension, their clear explanations and instructions. I'm so glad I found Dr. Lambert to take care of my root canal and deep crack. read more

While no one wishes to have a dental emergency on vacation I was fortunate to have found Lambert Endodontist in Rehoboth. When I called early Monday morning Karen was there to take my call. She guided me through the new patient onboarding process and called me back within an hour to let me know I would have an appointment the same day. Mind you this was July 3rd when most people are away. Karen greeted me upon my arrival and introduced me to Nicole who was very gentle in taking my x-rays and scan so Dr. Lambert could investigate the cause of my serious discomfort. Dr. Lambert came in shortly after and told me the news and then the plan of attack. He made me so comfortable you would have thought I was a patient for years! Once we got settled, Blair filed our insurance papers and helped us close everything out. Dr. Lambert called the next day (yes July 4th!) to see how I was. Simply incredible patient care. Whether you're a visitor or a local I highly recommend this practice. They were the shining light in my rough seas! Thanks Lambert Endo! read more

The facts: my dentist made the referral, concerned that an abscess she identified might require a root canal. I had no pain, but much sensitivity and I knew something wasn't right (actually, I'd suspected for months that something wasn't right). After getting my stats, Office manager Blair ably got me in to see the Doctor within the hour! Dr Lambert assessed the tooth, confirmed an infection, and expressed concern that if underlying fractured I might be looking at extraction/implant. That was totally new territory for me and not any place I wanted to sojourn. I opted for the 3-D scan which unfortunately proved inconclusive. We agreed to try and save the tooth via a root canal. Again, Blair was able to schedule the procedure within 48 hrs. To my great relief, the entire operation was pain-free and completed over two appointments, two weeks apart, to allow the tooth time to heal. Summary: I've had two root canals prior to this by a specialist on the west coast, hence a basis for comparison. From the minute I walked in to completion, I was treated with respect, compassion and professionalism. All my questions were answered and options explored. Thanks to Dr Lambert (and his team) I still have tooth #30 and remain grateful. read more

I called the office on Saturday and left a message for Dr. Lambert. I had an emergency situation with a tooth that had previously had a root canal and post inserted. The tooth was causing pain and was infected. Dr. Lambert returned my call promptly, prescribed antibiotics and had his business assistant, Blair, call me to set up an appointment for Monday. Blair was able to move me up from a 4 pm to a 1:30 pm appointment. Dr. Lambert is exceptional. Got right to the point, reviewed the xray scan and said that he couldn't save the tooth because it most likely was fractured. Blair was able to get me an appointment with an oral surgeon that day. I had the tooth extracted at 4 pm. Blair and Dr. Lambert are kind, caring and compassionate. They went far beyond what a dental practice of any kind does for a patient. Dr. Lambert followed up personally with a phone call the next day to see how I was feeling. Now that is unhead of these days. Dr. Lambert is a superb endodontist and Blair, a caring business manager for patients. read more

Dr. Lambert, along with all of the staff I encountered, provided top-notch care. I was so anxious about my tooth issue, but my nerves were calmed and I was at ease throughout the entire procedure thanks to their kind and calm demeanor. The process was pain-free and everyone was engaged with how I was feeling throughout my visit and afterward. I had the best experience and would highly recommend this office! read more

Dr Lambert and Laura his dental assistant were both excellent in working together in performing my root canal. Thank you.

Here's my experience: Dr. Lambert and his office manager Blair are the most unprofessional pair you can encounter in a dental setting. The unfairness of treating patients as if they are pockets of money and not human beings sickens me. As a fellow healthcare professional I have never witnessed such lack of care or sensitivity by office personnel. Blair especially speaks in such a condescending manner which makes you feel less than a human being; he is rude and short with his words. Dr.Lambert needs to reconsider having his personal friend run his office is such an offensive manner. It is a professional business not a family free for all. I for one decided to stay far away and received a second opinion that was not as invasive as what Dr Lambert had planned and charged me $125 to talk about it never mind $300 to do a CT scan of my mouth and other anything done. If you have any luck to seek care elsewhere, do it. Do not go with this office. Otherwise you will be like me out of hundreds of dollars without a resolution and seeking the care of a different provider. And to add insult to injury this Blair office personal man broke HIPPA violation by responding on google and detailing every aspect of my visit regarding my care plan and diagnosis etc. This is not the way to handle a professional practice. read more

I had pain in a tooth for about 4 weeks and was hoping it would resolve, but to no avail. My dentist recommended Dr. Lambert. The office manager, Blair, was very accommodating. He made me an appointment, but called a couple of days earlier to let me know about a cancellation, which I gladly took. I'm usually a brave gal, but for some reason, I was very apprehensive about having a root canal. Dr. Lambert took his time to explain the details of the treatment and why he thought a root canal was necessary. Between the pain I had been in for weeks and the tests he performed, he clearly proved his diagnosis. Dr. Lambert's gentle manner put me at ease and his compassion throughout the procedure was very consoling. The next day, Dr. Lambert called. I was happy to report to him that I was pain free and had not taken ibuprofen for the first time in many weeks. It was definitely the right decision for me. If you suspect you might need a root canal, I would highly recommend Dr. Lambert. His staff is professional, his office is clean, and his treatment is modern, thorough, and caring. read more

Dr. Lambert performed an emergency root canal for me. The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff all very professional. I was nervous for the procedure and Dr Lambert took the time and care to talk me down into a state of comfortability. The root canal procedure itself was painless. Dr. Lambert and his office work with updated and modern equipment so that I truly felt the "root" of the problem would be detected accurately. Dr. Lambert worked quickly and delicately and two days after the treatment I received a call from Dr. Lambert himself (not a secretary) to check on my healing process. I would recommend this doctor and his office to anyone who needs Endodontics work. Thank you. read more

I had been putting off my root canal for over a year. Pain started to set in so I figured it was finally time to schedule the dreaded procedure. If I had any idea of how positive my experience would be I never would have waited. Dr. Lambert was wonderful. He explained everything, answered questions and has a very calm and personable disposition. It's refreshing. The staff is fantastic, the office was impeccable, and the procedure itself went really well. No pain whatsoever. Excellent experience! I would highly recommend Dr. Lambert. read more

I went in saying I wanted the most conservative treatment, not having any procedures if I didn't have to. Dr Lambert told me I needed a root canal for a tooth that had a slight spot of pink discolored but not painful at all. He did testing and said the tooth was dead. Xrays showed slight pulp canal obliteration. He said it would get infected within a year and I had to have it done no ifs and or buts. Since I wasn't in any pain I decided to research it further. I learned the tooth wasn't dead just the PCO masks his testing. I quickly learned my tooth had trauma and bled which caused the discoloration but it was giving itself a root canal by slowly filling in the canal. The current research on Pub Med showed routine pulp sensibility tests are unreliable in presence of PCO and require no treatment. 4 years later the tooth has not gotten infected nor been painful at all. I think he only really cares about $$$ not research or knowledge. read more

First and only visit. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Office staff not very friendly and called me by my first name. What happened to being addressed by Mr., Miss, Ms, or Mrs? I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes, 30 minutes past my appointment. Finally taken back to a examination room where I proceeded to sit in the chair for another 45 minutes after which I made sure that I wasn't going to get charged for the visit and left never to go back. Apparently there was some emergency root canal! Ever hear of multitasking? Another Dr that thinks his time is worth more than yours. read more
