When you go to any dentist/specialist, you'll have to pay at least $200.00. Nothing is free. His fees for root canals are the same as everyone else. His office is very clean. He made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I have no tooth pain after, which is great! He kept taking X-rays to make sure my teeth were well done. It didn't cost extra for that. I have nothing bad to say about my experience yesterday. I'd recommend them especially for people who are afraid of the dentist. He was more gentle and kind than the other dr. that did a root canal 2 months ago. They got me in the next day. No one else seemed to care. They did. No one looks forward to a root canal, but I can honestly say after my experience, I would not hesitate to come back to your office without reservation. I know your office performs hundreds, if not thousands of root canals a year, but I was made to feel as if my experience was the most important one. If it was that serious, I'd have remembered it. I do not yell, I do not pick things up and toss them around...and I do not lose my temper in public. Whatever they think happened was possibly a case of mixing up patients and files. This is extremely unprofessional behavior on the part of a health care facility. I have read reviews of this place where others have also been blacklisted. It's a strange way to run a dental health facility.

They told me that it's ok and rescheduled me. My rescheduled appointment came up, and me and my kids, including my newborn had Covid. I called and cancelled the appointment. I've since then called and tried making another appointment and they told me that because I did a no show, that I can't be seen. The only way to be seen is to pay a $100 cancellation fee. I don't even want to be seen by this no good dentist anymore. I wouldn't trust him to do anything on me. He's a scammer trying to extort people for money. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
