My roommate has been a patient here for years, and she convinced me to at least get a check-up. Oral surgeon and endodontist all in-house so it stays in-network for my crappy insurance. Management reacted out to discuss but as I feel they were over priced and I was pressured to comment to a treatment I didn't have anymore to say to them. Also on my google post they replied and said they were charging fair market prices but I came home called another place and got quoted a fraction of what aspen wanted to charge. I had a cracked tooth that I went there for and instead of addressing that issue they wanted me to do a ton of additional treatments and that would have been fine but I felt the reason I went there for should of been main focus. For me it was just a bad experience. I will never return and if asked I will never recommend to anyone. Try better Aspen with customer relations, keeping appointment time and most importantly work on making things more affordable. Not everyone has $10,000 laying around for dental work. Side note I also have dental insurance and was still quoted astronomical prices.

I have had a variety of procedures done and all have been superlative from cleaning of teeth, extrations, crowns, etc and couldn't be more pleased. The office is state of the art in every way. Having had numerous painful experiences with dentists as a child (who didn't in the fifties) it is extraordinary how comfortable you are made to feel and honestly no pain whatsover in any of the work I have had done. My mom needed her teeth…read morecleaned, so she called the office and they told her that she will have to also have X-ray and check up done. They didn't dive her a choice and she came in and paid $99 for the service, unfortunately the main reason for her visit, cleaning of her teeth did not happen. As after the ex-rays and check up they told her she needs to have deep cleaning $250 each side, totaling in $500 for the whole mouth. My mom told them that she paid for regular cleaning and wants only regular cleaning done, plus there is no way she can afford such amount. They said that they refused to clean her teeth as they is no point to do so as she needs full work up. They made her sign a waiver that she refuses the suggested cleaning. When my mom shocked by all this asked for her money back they refused, and only after some time agreed on giving her back $30. This is unbelievable. Please do not go to this practice as they will take you for all you got and will not give you the service that you paid for. I know one thing what comes around goes around and I hope that the medical board will punish them as I plan to go with this complain all the way.
