As after the ex-rays and check up they told her she needs to have deep cleaning $250 each side, totaling in $500 for the whole mouth. My mom told them that she paid for regular cleaning and wants only regular cleaning done, plus there is no way she can afford such amount. They said that they refused to clean her teeth as they is no point to do so as she needs full work up. They made her sign a waiver that she refuses the suggested cleaning. When my mom shocked by all this asked for her money back they refused, and only after some time agreed on giving her back $30. This is unbelievable. Please do not go to this practice as they will take you for all you got and will not give you the service that you paid for. I know one thing what comes around goes around and I hope that the medical board will punish them as I plan to go with this complain all the way.
