They assured us they would be there at 830am and the truck would be big enough for a 3 bedroom house. After many excuses by the owner they showed up at 11am with a 26 ft truck.mind you there were no pianos, large appliance etc. twelve hours later and after 2 trips they were done. They damaged a very nice desk by ripping a leg off but the complaint went nowhere and a refusal to reimburse. We also assisted the movers so that the move would be complete before the sun came up the next day!

Our move was from a one-bedroom apartment, and they handled everything seamlessly--even with an elevator at the first location and a tight curvy flight of stairs at the new one. They worked quickly without ever making us feel rushed, and they treated our furniture and boxes with incredible care. It's rare to find a moving company that's this reliable, and having such a great experience twice says a lot. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for movers. It won't be more than 300 (my budget) HE AGREED. "YES MAAM FOR TWO HOURS". The drivers (ONLY 2 MEN) showed up to the storage locker 30 minutes late. I started my timer and set an alarm. I kept them over one hour expecting to pay $420. One of the guys (driver) spent a MINIMUM of 15 minutes on the phone during the move. At the end they HIT ME with a 4 HOUR BILL TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR TRAVEL TO GET TO THE STORAGE AREA AND TO GET BACK TO THE OFFICE FROM MY HOUSE!!! It took 4 hours with previous movers. These guys took 6 hours to move and then charged me travel time to get to the job at 1.5 hours; so 7.5 total hours charged. Previous movers did not charge me to travel to the job. And, I didn't learn that I was paying for travel until the end of the move. Their hourly rate is $160 hour. Buyer be aware. PS- they also charge a 4% fee for using a credit card to pay. Again, wasn't aware of that until it was time to pay.
