If you do have a concern or questions, ask them! They have always answered my questions directly and honestly. Right now, our one year old beagle attend day camp 5-6 days a week! He cries if he can't go! I am so glad to have Boxford Best Friends! They have been great at taking care of all our pets, making them happy and providing a safe place to play.

When we go through the entrance, they run over to the great folks that work there, tails wagging like crazy. It didn't use to be this way...One of my dogs (the lunger) had a bad experience with boarding elsewhere, and it took a few years before she stopped displaying extremely anxious behavior when left in other people's care, even in a new place. She's quirky and often misunderstood, but the folks at BF were patient and brought her back out of her shell. Now she can't get enough time there! We have been coming to BF Boxford for at least 5 years now, and it's wonderful knowing that we can go away and our beloved dogs will be in great hands. The people working there appear to really love animals, which, IMHO, is the most important quality to look for in a boarder. The grooming is awesome too!

He wasn't neglected and was able to get exercise in as well. It was his first time being boarded and I was nervous leaving him behind but I worked with Jan, who was great. I would definitely recommend Aintree to friends and I will be going back closer to the spring time to get Beau groomed.

I ask for a contract I asked about refunds all being assured I'd be reimbursed this deposit if I did notify soon enough. Now I'm being told o am only going to receive half of the deposit refunded and the other placed for services. I do not require service not will I. So please me very cautious when giving out deposits to this kennel. They do not follow what they tell you. And I was not warn of the non refundable deposit. Get it in writing. They have tendency to leave the truth behind and not be honest on this platform where I am full disclosure warning who does a non refundable deposit 14 weeks out on a government hearing. Only a desperate business, even cruises and restaurants allow a reasonable cancellation. But in desperate times people and business will do desperate things No one. "adolescent" Lab/Mastiff rescue who just became too hard for us to manage safely. Sarah gave us the tools and coaching we needed so that we can now once again walk Finn in public, have people come to the door and enter our house without issues, and take Finn to the vet without problems. I can work remotely in peace! I say "rewarding" because at our weekly training sessions it was amazing to see what Finn could do once properly trained and more importantly, how much he wanted to succeed. Above and beyond, we enjoy being with Finn again and I think that he's a happier pup as well . I highly recommend Dog Coach for anyone who is struggling with issues with their pup. We could not be more pleased with our dog's progress even after the first meeting with Sarah. The…read morelist of difficulties we had with our dog was long even after she went through a complete training class with another trainer in our area. We have a dog that is not typically motivated by treats especially when she has other plans on what she wants to do. This all changed very rapidly working with Sarah. Annoying uncontrollable barking gone, destructive chewing also corrected, eating habits greatly improved. Response to commands also greatly improving every week. It appears that our dog knew all along what we wanted her to do and now she is doing it. The most surprising thing is that our dog seems much happier and we are now seeing primarily the affectionate side of her personality rather than the hyper, anxious, barking side of her personality. Finding a dog sitter was also a challenge before we worked with Sarah because of our dog's difficulties. Now we can be confident that she her behavior will not be a problem for the sitter.

I reached out to Nikki's K9 training in a moment of desperation and could not be more glad that I did! Nikki totally renewed my love for my dog and has set my dog up for success at home and in stressful environments. After the first session with Nikki, I had a whole new dog!
