Now it is 8 days and no update and no answer at Ormond Beach office. In desperation purchased a $59 set from Amazon and got within 24 hours. Not a sophisticated set, but at least allows for some ability to communicate.

Became a CONCILIATION for hearing aids. Audiologist doesn't understand English or how to use her printer. Come back to see ENT. It will be a cold day in hell that I let anyone there come near my hears. Oh and I tried to leave this on there site. But, there site only excepts 5 stars.
