My left hearing aid stop working June of this year it went in for repair got my hearing aids back and working fine went back in September nobody told me that my extended warranty was expired and now I come in on my December check up and my left hearing aid is not working. now it's out of warranty and of course they want you to buy a new set of hearing aids maybe I need to find a new place to buy the new set of hearing aides. It seams as Atlantic Hearing and balanced got bigger they forgot about the little guy the people that was with them from the beginning when they were in one room in a doctors office

This recent episode of vertigo was horrible and was almost constant for over 3 weeks. I went to an ENT, medical doctor and Chiropractor and nothing helped. I was miserable. I was given the number for Atlantic Hearing from the Chiropractor so I called. It was the best decision. Not only did they see me the next day, Dr. Hoffman stayed late for me on her birthday! Dr. Hoffman and her assistant were so patient and understanding. After many tests (procedures) moving my head and position, they were able to determine that I definitely had BPPV and the location of the crystals in the ear canals. They did one maneuver, similar to the Epley. I actually felt the crystals move.....And now, I have been vertigo free since June 18th! Thank you all so much!!!

Now it is 8 days and no update and no answer at Ormond Beach office. In desperation purchased a $59 set from Amazon and got within 24 hours. Not a sophisticated set, but at least allows for some ability to communicate.

When I moved to Florida 2 years ago, I purchased hearing aids from the warehouse big box store. After 3 visits for adjustments, I gave up and just went without them. I struggled every day to hear. Dr. Ed not only explained the reason I have some issues and how he was going to fix my hearing. So my day started with walking in to the Ormond Beach office with no appointment. From the front desk assistant, the billing department I was treated with a positive environment and a helpful staff. I walked in with an hearing loss issue and I walked out hearing the birds singing. First, he didn't want to use the soundproof booth to check the hearing, even though his a/c was on making noise. Then, he didn't have the Publix card. His office said they will mail it on Friday. I called bi weekly for the card and never received it. It is a felony in USA to offer a 'gift' and not produce the gift. It's called bait and switch. Still waiting for the card. Penalties for bait and switch schemes in the U.S. include criminal and civil penalties, with potential fines up to $50,000 per violation or more for federal offenses, and prison sentences of up to a year or more for serious false advertising or fraud cases. The exact fine and prison time depend on the specific laws violated (federal or state), the severity of the deceptive practice, and the damages incurred.

I went from an ENT visit in Palm Coast which turned into Ormond Beach 3 hours B4 appt. So my 40 minute ride went to 90 1 way. Call center appt with ENT and get hearing test. Became a CONCILIATION for hearing aids. Audiologist doesn't understand English or how to use her printer. Come back to see ENT. It will be a cold day in hell that I let anyone there come near my hears. Oh and I tried to leave this on there site. But, there site only excepts 5 stars. This is my bill to you. $20 hr travel time 3 hrs. $20 in gas. If I could this review would be -10
