They were under warranty, but we had to find an installer and pay for the installation. After reading up on some recommendations, I went with Leland Glass and Mirror. Billy Loud installed our windows. He was great. Very friendly and professional. It took him only 1.5 hours to do the removal of the old windows and install the new ones. There was another transom window that needed replacing, but there was no sticker with the number to get it ordered. I asked Billy if he could get the window ordered and do the install. I also asked about having a glass door installed in the main shower. Absolutely! Ten days later he replaced the transom window and installed the shower door. Quality work all the way. I highly recommend this company. Lastly, Billy provides a 10% discount for military and first responders.

During installation they broke one of the clips that allows the window to tilt out. I know that it was not previously broke because I pulled the screens out a few months ago and I would not have had difficulty doing it if it was not broke. The person who did the estimate did not note it as needing repair. To tilt the window in I would need to use a screw driver to undo the latch...I would have remembered that very clearly. I actually heard a bang and "shit" when they were working on it. Repair person said it was like that when I asked what happened. I would not use again.
