David and his team replaced the entire unit with beautiful tile on both the walls and the floor, installed a brand-new glass door, and built in a custom double niche that looks amazing and adds so much functionality. Additionally, every tile line is straight and the grouting is flawless. The slope on the shower floor drains beautifully. The craftsmanship is top-tier, but what really set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service. The owner, David, is a true professional, along with Joe and Billy who were professional, punctual, clean and highly communicative. They kept me updated on the progress and making sure everything was running smoothly. It is rare to find a contractor this reliable and dedicated to their word. If you want high-quality renovation work and a stress-free experience, I highly recommend and endorse Presley General Repair.

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel cheated by this company and I want to warn others…read more Frankly, I am still holding out hope that they will make things right. They were friendly and did some crawl space repairs for me in June 2022, I thought all was good. A year later, I had a mold problem inside my house, including in the boots of my vents. I contacted Crawlspace Fitness numerous times to see if they could verify that the vapor barrier still looked intact and that no mold was coming from the crawl space. They never replied. Another company looked, and told me that the majority of the vapor barrier had become unsealed. They also said that I now need a dehumidifier, because after CF sealed the crawl space, it has become like a greenhouse. (There was no mold in the vents, which was my initial concern.) When I told them that CF installed it, they said they weren't surprised and had seen shoddy work from them before. I let Josh know in writing that I wanted them to take a look, as I'd like to continue to work with CF if possible, and a 5 year warranty was stated on our invoice. He finally replied and said he'd moved to Tennessee, was establishing the business there, and was working on staffing the Wilmington office. He also said he found it highly unlikely that that much of our vapor barrier had come unsealed. However, he never sent anyone to verify that. I don't have the email receipt of this, as it was on an inquiry form through their site. This was a year ago. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed many times to inquire if they could just look at my crawl space and if needed, repair it. I never heard back. I now have to cut my losses and pay another company potentially a great deal of money to repair the first job that CF did. Less urgently but still bothersome. They build 2 custom crawl space doors for us for $500. Less than 2 years later, some of the latches don't close all the way and the doors are warped. If they reach out to me, I will be happy to edit or take down this review. Sometimes, this is the only thing that works. I attached an image of my unanswered emails and the 5 year warranty statement on my invoice. This does not include the inquiry form or the phone calls.
