David and his team replaced the entire unit with beautiful tile on both the walls and the floor, installed a brand-new glass door, and built in a custom double niche that looks amazing and adds so much functionality. Additionally, every tile line is straight and the grouting is flawless. The slope on the shower floor drains beautifully. The craftsmanship is top-tier, but what really set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service. The owner, David, is a true professional, along with Joe and Billy who were professional, punctual, clean and highly communicative. They kept me updated on the progress and making sure everything was running smoothly. It is rare to find a contractor this reliable and dedicated to their word. For those who dont want to read...the end product agreed upon is fantastic and very well built...I…read morewould even go as far as to say overbuilt...which is good. I truly dont think you will find a better product in the Wilmington area....they truly build great decks....for those that want to read....I will take you thru our process..... If you want a quick turnaround on your deck, dont count on it, it will take several months. They are busy. Process- Salesman arrives in March...he is fantastic and helps us solve a couple of issues we had concerns with...two other companies did not. He explained procedure....10% down, if you cancel you lose half of your deposit...40% when they start and balance of 50% when project completed. You will have to submit plans to HOA for approval, they will take care of all the other permits...very convenient. We had our down payment in by the end of March and were put in Que...we were told the completion date would be mid June to late June.....their price was higher than the other two quotes....significantly, however; the product and design offered is far superior...pay the money, you wont be sorry. No communication from the end of March forward until I contacted them during the first week of June to ask about start dates....I was told they were waiting on permits...so I checked on line...its public information...our permits were not put in until May 31st....this delayed the build...the project started around July 17th and was completed on August 2nd. I feel the permits could of gone in much sooner to keep on schedule. There were a couple of hiccups during the build that we caught before they became a major issue...I would highly recommend you be home for the build to insure it is how you envisioned the project. These minor issues were solved easily and without concern, but if they were not caught before/during construction could of been an issue. One of the issues was a change we made after agreeing to a certain build height of the pergola, but while watching it being built realized it was to low...they raised it, no problem. The other was a cosmetic design that was sold to us but was not conveyed to the contractor....this was also caught early and rectified. The last was the underpinning...we thought it was included with the build because the deck was two levels and found out at the end it was not. They gave us a very fair price to add it on and completed it without hassle. They also gave us a price to have the pergola painted once it has time to weather. All of the Owners/team members I had contact with were easy to deal with....Glenn, Mark, Dino and Josue were fantastic. The deck is awesome, constructed extremely well and in the end thats what matters....I would chose them again without question.

Before the arrival of the tech, they sent me a little biography of the technician Brandon, Including his hobbies and his picture. That was a nice touch. Brandon called me a little bit ahead of the appointment time to let me know that he finished a little bit earlier with the previous appointment and asked if it was OK to arrive a little bit earlier than the scheduled time. He was kind enough to take off his shoes before entering the house as we typically do that in our house. He stayed in the garage area and anytime he needed to communicate with me, he would knock on the garage door. Once he assessed the garage, he gave me his assessment and his recommendations. Although pricey, as expected, I trusted his professional recommendations and felt reassured that the replacement of the garage springs, bearings with appropriate metal bearings, and rollers with appropriate metal roller are going to last 30 years. The lifetime warranty within 30 years was also very reassuring. After he fixed the garage and replaced the materials as listed above, he explained the reasoning of why it broke in the first place. The original springs were of low quality, underweight for the heavy garage door, and not installed properly with eight turns instead of seven turns. The rollers were plastic and rusted, and the bearing was plastic. Unfortunately, the previous owner was the one who had repaired the garage springs seven years ago So it is to be assumed that he had either done it himself or he had a company that did not do a good job. I am very glad I decided not to replace the garage springs on my own as it is a tedious and strenuous project. Brandon completed it in less than an hour. He was very nice and professional throughout the entire time. Precision was very good with their communication. I feel very confident and grateful for having precision repair our garage. Thank you.
