Joseph, Steve, and Eric did a wonderful job installing this substantial awning. They had to add supporting structure inside the soffit and everything went back together so that it was impossible to know that the soffit covering had to be removed and reinstalled. Everything was completed within 3-4 hours and the cleanup was complete with nothing left for me to do except to start enjoying my new awning. I am thrilled with everything about the awning from its engineering, appearance, and price.
