I told her I…read morestill wasn't 100% from that mysterious "flu" that had been going around, and that in the meantime, I had been notified that my dad had died, and that I'd call her when I was ready to reschedule. I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

The physician was excellent, very knowledgeable, feel very comfortable with the physical and the physicians aids explanations of everything. The entire visit would have been great if it wasn't for the 1st front desk girl and her unprofessional customer service. I would have given more stars, but if the front of the office isn't right it can stress a patient, which can male there blood pressure higher normal during the visit. I've been here before with other patients and never had any issues until today, which upset me with the light hair front desk girl.

Dr. Gong actually did an ekg and assured me that I was not having a cardiac event or a stroke and it was my anxiety causing my bp issues. We were greeted by an un-enthusiastic receptionist, but my husband always has a way of making people laugh, which he got her to. We filled out some paperwork and were called back fairly quickly. Waiting area was comfortable & clean. The treatment rooms were nice size and appeared orderly & clean. The technician that worked with us before the doctor came in was efficient and very personable. She helped alleviate some of the nerves. The doctor came in pretty quickly, examined my husband & confirmed he needed stitches. We were pleased with services and glad we avoided a hospital visit. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars because of the lack of discharge summary & instructions, nor an itemized bill. I asked for instructions because you can't remember everything they tell you. The "excuse" for not giving out paperwork was simply, "we haven't done that since COVID". THAT makes NO sense!!

I was finally asked to order myself, which I would have been happy to do from the beginning. I had to follow up twice to follow up on blood work. Finally, when I waited a week to hear if I had a brain tumor, I found out the Doctor and his wife were on vacation/aka conference for a week. I worked in the customer field for 40 years. When I was on a conference I would return all my calls, especially knowing how important this news would be to a client. I talked to the doctor tonight. He disregarded all the issues and wanted to place blame on me. Shame on him.
