Fantastic company. They did an incredible job in our huge crawl space!!!! They didn't stop working until they finished the entire job. Non-stop for a total of 5 days . They also did our attic - we had squirrels that had been residing in our attic- they had made many little homes in the pink insulation - looked like they had been having a huge party up there with their babies . All insulation had to be removed and replaced. Incredible job .My husband and myself are physically feeling much better since all the mold and other " animal debri,etc" was cleaned,scrubbed , was removed. Would not use anyone else!!! We are now sleeping well and are confident that we are not breathing in mold from humidity crawl space issues nor animal excrement. This is the way to go!!!! read more

This company is anything but reputable, honest, or willing to stand by their reputation. After researching and contacting multiple companies I hired Atlantic Corp in Fuquay because the sold me on their long-standing reputation in the community, all their certifications, high quality of work, and frankly telling me how much better they were than any other company doing this work. I hired them in October of 2024, and paid almost $1,100. For the work, which was reasonable based on other estimates and the work was done on time as scheduled with no obvious issues at the time. Due to ambient temperatures mid-October my heat and AC weren't really running and my bills were less than $30. In November my heating bill went to $220 (significantly higher than last year) and in December it jumped to $340 and my home was not maintaining heat. Ridiculously high bill for a cold home. I first contacted an HVAC company who determined that my system only 2 years old was working perfectly. They diagnosed that I likely had a problem in my duct work which could have been torn and or disconnected during the October cleaning and that was why my house was pumping heat but staying cold. I had to call this company dozens of times before anyone answered the phone or returned my call. I left several messages which were never returned. I even informed them that I had to hire someone to investigate the duct work so I could have adequate heat, but wanted to give them a chance to make it right before I did that. Minimal effort was made on the part of the company to communicate with me, much less help address the issue - this was mid January with sub freezing temperatures. I contacted a second company who was able to find the damage in the duct work and repair it. I asked Atlantic Corp to pay the $409 for the repairs it cost me. I didn't ask for anything for the increased bills I had paid, a refund for the cleaning itself, or the three days I had to take off work to address this. This seems very reasonable considering two professionals put on their invoice that this was due to damage during the cleaning. They deny that they did this damage or had anything to do with it. They offered me a $100 refund with a denial. If you are looking to use a company who stands by their reputation, I do not recommend. read more

The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable from the first call to the completion of the service. All my questions were answered, everything was explained easily and my air and home feel and smell cleaner. And my night time allergies have disappeared literally overnight! We had a clogged positive drain and downspout which ended up with a few inches of water in our crawl space when we had the hurricanes this summer. Atlantic did a very thorough evaluation, gave us sreveal options, while recommending what they would do if it were their house. That was appreciated. They ended up rerouting the positive drain and downspout, installing a dehumidifier in the crawlspace and meticulously putting down a new vapor barrier. We could not be happier. They did the work in a quiet and respectful manner where our neighbors were not bothered. They did exactly what they said they would do. The onsite manager, Brandon, was incredibly easy to work with and patient while I asked dumb questions. The office was responsive and easy to work with both in terms of the quote/payment, etc. They also lined us up with an electrician who has been great to work with in installing a new gfi and worked with the town for us on its inspection. The two guys, Danny & Billy, that cleaned my ducts & furnace / a/c did a really good job and were very friendly to talk to. The mold smell in my house was really bad and now the odor is gone. They called ahead of time to let me know when they would arise. Lacie, who I made the appointment with, was very friendly and knowledgeable, no pressure placed on the customer. This is the 2nd time I have had Atlantic Corp. come to my house this year. First time was due to mold. This time I had the vents in my house cleaned and the guys did a great job. They came in cleaned the vents without making a mess in my house. They are very friendly and professional. Thankful for Daniel alerting me on my dryer vent being really clogged and suggesting I have it cleaned out every 1 o 2 years. My dryer is working way better since it was cleaned!!! We had a great experience with Atlantic Corp cleaning our crawl space and air ducts. From the first phone call I felt confident that they could assess and address the problem. Lacie was so great to work with; she went above and beyond to get the work scheduled quickly and made sure we understood what was going on. The crews that came out were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable and finished the work quickly. Hopefully we won't have mold issues again, but if we do I would definitely call Atlantic Corp. read more

DO NO USE THEM. Too bad I couldn't give them 0 star. My appointment was at 1:30. They called me this morning asking if they could come earlier than that. I was at work and couldn't get off early. I called them back and told them it has to be 1:30 which was my original appointment time. I called them again when I got off at 1240 telling them I could be at home by 1:20 if they still wanted to show up earlier. They said that they are an hour away. Got home, waiting waiting waiting and nobody showed up at 1:40 which was an hour from when I called them. I called the driver few times and called the office few times. Nobody picked up the phone. While I was calling the driver again, they pulled up at 1:55. The guy got out of the car. Not saying he was sorry or anything. I told them they were late. They looked at me straight and said it was due to the traffic and they told me they was an hour away. They were still late and all I was looking for from those 2 guys who did not show up on time was a single word "sorry". I explained why I was upset. While I started explaining to them, Tesh Patel (I got the business card from him) started closing the trailers and was getting ready to leave. I wasn't going to cancel the service since I needed to clean my duck but again when all I wanted was a single simple apology from them, they just got on the car and left my property. Another guy was trying to argue with me why they shouldn't be sorry since they told me they were an hour away even though they were late for another 15 minutes. He also said they rearranged my appointment? and I stopped him there. They didn't rearrange anything. They asked me if THEY can show up early in the morning instead of 1:30 for their convenience and I told them I was at work. Same appointment time. Nothing changed. No rearrangement. I believe that as a paying customer, when my appointment was at 1:30 and for whatever reason they did not show up on time (car break down, traffice, etc), they should apology first. Not looking at me straight asking they don't understand. Telling me I only called them twice and he couldn't answer the phone because he was on the phone. Leaving the customers because they were asked to say sorry when they were late to show up. I am even more upset now and glad that I didn't receive the service. Again, I wouldn't trust them and their service. Hopefully nobody else experiences what I had to experience today with Atlantic Corp. read more
