They provide diapers and wipes in the infant room, and meals once they start solids. They regularly send school and classroom/child updates and have live cameras to check in anytime you want. We have twins in the infant room and although it was hard for us as parents to not have them at home during the day, the girls' transition to daycare was so easy for them and it's all thanks to their teachers. Ms. Pam, Ms. Nadia, and Ms. Daniela are incredible and so attentive. Anytime we check the cameras they are interacting with the babies, feeding, playing, checking on sleepers, and always have a smile on their faces. One of our twins is slower to warm and it only took her a few days to go smiling and eager into their arms. Our girls have also gained so many motor skills because of the teachers support. When we pickup, both girls are happy, giggling, and tired out from a day of fun. Our oldest is in the Preschool room and was in public daycare as an infant - 1 YO. Our previous daycare experience quickly went downhill when she moved to the 1 YO room so we put her in an at home daycare. We were super hesitant to transition her back to a public daycare after our previous experience but she met some of the staff while touring and was asking to go! We thought the transition would be rocky as she was used to eating whenever and whatever she wanted and having a lot of 1-1 attention in the at home daycare. When we dropped her off on the first day she walked right in, said bye to us, and didn't look back. Watching her on the camera, the teachers helped her understand expectations, and made her feel immediately comfortable. I love that the meals they serve in pre-school are family style so she gets practice with serving utensils and listening to her belly. We worried she wouldn't like the food served or would be hungry but she regularly tells us how yummy her food was and we like how balanced the meals are. She can't wait to tell us about the fun things she's done during the day like dig for fossils, or letter matching puzzles and she loves Ms. Danielle, Ms. Angi, and Ms. Dana. Ms. Lauren and Ms. Coree not only know all the children, but they are always active in the rooms supporting the teachers and interacting with the children. Even the multi-age teachers like Ms. Simab, and Ms. Teja know our children and are recognized by our girls. As a parent, it is so wonderful to see how happy the staff are even when they are cleaning rooms at the end of the day. We highly recommend Everbrook. At times my questions and concerns were met with a tone that felt dismissive rather than collaborative, and I've heard similar feedback from a few other parents. This created unnecessary worry and made it harder to feel like true partners in my child's care. While the classroom experience was excellent, leadership would benefit from clearer, more respectful communication and a stronger focus on working together with families. It's clear there is a lot of heart in running this school, and I hope these improvements can make the experience even better for future families.

There was even a period through the summer where the Pre-K classroom has no AC for almost 2 weeks, and the temperature was sometimes over 75 degrees. The staff had no ETA on would it would be fixed. If your child has any special needs, the are centers in the area that cost more, but will accommodate. This center explicitly told us they were not "equipped" to deal with any special needs and that it was not a good fit. I agreed, it was not a good fit. We are now at Kids R Kids and are very happy.

The updates throughout the day on the app are comforting too :) Even though any baby may struggle with being dropped off, my son is always being snuggled or obviously cared for well every time I pick him up. He recognizes some of his teachers and seems comfortable and happy to be with them, smiles saying "bye-bye" and things like that. They've been easy to work with and understanding with me throughout our time here. So far, we're happy with it and hope to continue building trusting relationships and memories with CCC!

She doesn't speak Spanish, so how could she be so sure? I was written up based on ASSUMPTIONS, not facts, and was later told I was no longer allowed to speak Spanish in the classroom. I was only "allowed" to speak my native language during lunch break. Because of this, I decided to quit. I found the whole situation deeply inappropriate, especially in a setting that should value diversity and inclusion. I also attempted to contact the regional director to report the situation, but my email was never answered. Working with children requires not just patience, but respect for them, for their families, and for the diverse professionals who care for them every day. Sadly, that respect was lost here.

The caregivers are pleasant, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable and our son has developed in leaps and bounds while he has been here.
