After completion of the MRI, nearly 2 months after my initial visit, her staff informed me that the MRI would not be covered by my insurance. THATS when she suddenly gave a recommendation for physical therapy and other solutions. She clearly just wanted to bill for an MRI and didn't provide any help until the MRI was denied and I was left with the bill!!! Unless you want zero help and high medical bills... RUN! Make this your last choice if you have to use Grady outside of their trauma center. Front desk staff genuinely doesn't GAF to actually communicate properly. This location is not my normal doctors office but they had an opening so I took it. The building is spacious, light, modern and fresh. It has a lot of sleek and modern features. It has more than one waiting area with comfortable seating. Their was virtually no one in the waiting room other than myself. You can check on using a kiosk or at the front desk. They had two associates at the desk who presented a smile and was polite and cheerful. I didn't have to wait as they called me within 5 minutes. I was sent by Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Hamilton. She was very professional, acted like she cared and expressed empathy when she saw my pain and distress and advises me on what caused it and how to resolve it. She also a sent a message to my PCP to contact me for further review of my situation. I appreciated that. I couldn't walk and she got me a wheelchair to go to the lab. The lab department was professional as well drawing blood quickly with as less pain as possible. This was a great experience and I appreciated their being quick.

I drove up to 90 minutes per session and as hard as that was- it was worth it! Kelly is in one word: AMAZING! After some hard sessions over a few months, she helped bring my chronic pain (for 14 years!) from a 8-9 out of 10 to a 0-2 out of 10! I would wake up writhing in pain from my back. It felt like muscle spasms. Throughout the day, if find myself making funny movements to stretch. I felt tired all the time...and grouchy. At our first session, she immediately found my tender points and quickly figured out the cause! Bad posture from: carrying heavy backpacks, sitting improperly during long commutes, and just from sitting. Between manual therapy and dry-needling, she fixed the problem! She had me order a foam roller to stretch my back at home, encouraged yoga since it helped, taught me proper posture (how embarrassing), and home exercises to maintain our progress. I haven't seen her in almost 9 months and I keep improving on my own. The change in my life is indescribable: I'm sleeping well, have lost over 10 pounds (I have the energy to make healthier meals and to walk), I'm more engaged with my family, and just feel like a happier person! No contracts required, it's not a money grab, and you may come and go as you please. No cookie cutter routine to get you in and out. Dr. Natalie assess your provided history and uses her hands to feel what needs adjusted. I am someone who trains hard. I hit the gym 2 to 3 days out of my 4 with a 50 lbs weight vest. Most times, the muscle next to and under my left scapula are agitated afterwards. After being adjusted by Dr. Natalie one time, this agitation has decreased significantly. Oddly enough, her office is located on the same street, not far from where I was hit on my bike by a car. Call it serendipity if you will. I get the feeling Dr. Natalie will perform miracles with her hands for me. I will update this review in the future to keep you all informed. Parking is located in the back of the office.
