Colby and ET Restorations helped by getting me connected with a 3rd party independent inspector who fought for us. Ultimately, we got our roof replaced and ET Restorations completed the job quickly and efficiently. Fast forward to this past week. I found a water leak in the attic. After walking around the exterior of the home, I found three shingles had broke off in the recent storm. I called ET Restorations and they set up an appointment for the following day. They inspected our roof with a drone and also went up in person to make sure they had a thorough look at the chimney and surrounding roof area. We also obtained a second opinion, and their recommendation was consistent with DOM's, which gave us additional confidence in moving forward with them. Before DOM could complete the work, we had even more rain coming, so we called and they came out to tarp the area and help prevent additional damage. That responsiveness meant a lot to us. The repair was completed as promised, communication was excellent throughout, and the cleanup was fantastic. They even went over the area with a large magnetic tool to make sure they didn't leave any nails behind. The area was spotless when they left. We're very happy with DOM and would definitely recommend them.

Besides being professional, extremely competent, impeccably responsive, and a pleasure to work with, he is one of the most ethical individuals I have ever met. He truly cares about his clients, and his own work ethic is second to none...a rarity in this day and age! Logan is also very versed in how to deal with insurance companies and was there through all the steps starting with helping us get the claim filed and being present when the adjuster came out. Our claim was pretty difficult to deal with, but Logan was patient and there throughout to consult with until we finally got approval. For the actual job, it was so well run and went so smoothly. Materials were delivered the day before, along with a dumpster. A large crew arrived the next day and completed the bulk of the job, working a very long day. By mid morning the next day, everything was completely done and all trash removed. Logan checked on the job multiple times and took drone pictures throughout, as well as communicated with me, keeping me updated. Topps was like a well oiled machine. Huge kudos to contractors that show up when they say they are going to and then go above and beyond on the promised work. We do not take this for granted AT ALL these days. So, this spring, I had Topps replace 2 roofs, one shingled and one metal. My contact at TR was Logan and he was awesome at keeping me abreast of status, changes and follow ups. Logan was present on my replacement days too. There was ZERO surprises :-))! My roof replacements took one day each, but the entire project took over 2 months. There were minor delays due to rainy weather and copper shortage post Covid shutdown...which Topps (or anyone) couldn't control. I appreciate Logan, Brook and TR team guiding me through it all. After all, it's not often a home owner has to replace a roof! My roof replacements recently completed and I'm very happy with their work. My new roofs are beautiful... never thought I'd describe roofs as such - ;-). It's like the feeling you get from your new car smell or a new pair of handmade shoes. TR crew was definitely had their installation process down and they CLEANED well after the main roof replacement! Metal / Copper roofs they subcontract out but over saw the process. Logan came by after to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement. Timely was Logan to follow up on minor things like a window screen damage I found after their shingles installation. He got it fixed in less than a week! TR offers quality materials from a reputable national manufacturer with decades of warranty and they stand by their workmanship and both my copper and shingles roofs have a labor warranty. Perhaps most importantly for me, Logan was solid at managing my replacements and genuinely interested in making me happy with their work. Now a days finding a contractor who keeps their word and want customers for a long term are harder to come by.
