Oscar, the O in JOC, is the father, and he has a heart of gold, meaning that he will tell you exactly what needs to be done in order to take care of the customer's property as if it were his own. We had siding pieces that were foamed in to fill gaps (from previous jobs that we didn't know how to check), and he showed these to us, and told us what would be the best option to fix it: to replace these with custom cut pieces of cement board. And they did it beautifully and the same day. Our home had probably 30 different things that needed to be redone, or revamped, from siding, deck, paint, caulking, window glass, roofing, fascia's, front doors, stairs, wallpaper teardown resurfacing and painting, and much much more. I would trust JOC to build a home for me from scratch. And i know that it would be done correctly through and through, from the best materials, to the best worksmanship.
