Beware of the cost! Fingerprint cards run at $75 per card. This is way over the price at other places and advertised inappropriately on their website. Should have checked yelp first. On the positive, customer service with Carolyn was excellent! Carolyn helped me reschedule my appointment and was flexible with my schedule (Same day!) She made sure to fit me in, was extremely pleasant, efficient, and caring. The fingerprinting process itself was done in 15 minutes. She's the only reason this place gets more than 1 star. read more

Ok yes I found the price a surprise, but what really stood out was the masked man who did the actual fingerprinting - he gets a bee in his bonnet when people are around - Boo! Receptionist lady very nice though read more

Amazing service fast friendly professional but most of all Covid Safe James and his staff were amazing. Perfect to just get in and get out with out the crowded offices. Guess what he even is a Notary not just fingerprints. read more

Atlanta Fingerprinting - Fingerprinting Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

Did not tell me the cost till it was over. I know I should have asked but since it $15 everywhere else I figure maybe $50 total. Nope 2 copies was $155!! I Should've have look at the reviews. (Correction I did but it was Google reviews. 4.8 stars by 210 people?) I know yelp has fake reviews but I didn't think Google does. Does it?) This is literally the definition of a scam ,by not being forthright about your cost and knowing that it's a super cheap service everywhere else. the guy was nice overall but you could see he was trying to like quickly get you out the door so maybe you won't ever ask about the cost. I wish you said the cost instead of preying on people that have good faith in people doing the right thing. Everyone it is acceptable to do it yourself. Just Google it. As long as your prints are clear. Step 0 Fill out the top of your card. (Must fill out company name/address and reason for fingerprinting or will get rejected the image doesn't highlight those boxes.) Step1 Wash your hands Step 2 Ink them Step 3 Press on card. Step 4 Re-ink your fingers after each press and repeat. Here's a video on how to and if you have an office Max close by here's the ink pad $10 or order in Amazon 2 day shipping (the exact one they are using $25). https://youtu.be/YvqegscgL-g Flawless Fingerprint Ink Pad https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KUA9O5C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_pHf2DbG9FAV7X https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/717061/Lee-Fingerprint-Ink-Pad-Black/?cm_mmc=PLA-_-Google-Mobile-_-Basic_Supplies-_-717061&gclsrc=aw.ds&ds_rl=1256068&gclid=Cj0KCQiAq97uBRCwARIsADTziyZsZsJ1B0RgCyAWTTXWkZe9iamj_D3kc0hVKPQLIxqSDX6VajJU6q4aAqNKEALw_wcB#priceSection read more

Atlanta Fingerprinting - Which areas to fill out the card. - Fingerprinting Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

This place is ripping people off by overcharging them. They were gonna charge my 65$ for each finger printing card! I got the same thing done at safesky for 1/3rd of the price. Make sure u guys are well informed about these crooks. read more

Online they have that they accept walk-ins Mon-Fri and do appointment only Sat-Sun. Well I try and walk-in today, Wednesday around 11am and the doors locked. I ring the bell and some man comes to the door, yelling "do you have an appointment" I told him "no but it said you all accepted walk-ins online" he asked me what I need. what I need it for. and what I do. He tells me he can squeeze me in... (the office is dim & empty). But before I can step in the office I need to walk around the corner, and wash my hands in the bathroom. So, I do what he says and I come back and I ring the bell and I did forget my mask, which is my fault, so after opening door he asked if I saw the sign saying to wear a mask, I said I saw the sign and apologized for not having my mask. He then says he can sell me a mask, I agreed.. this man then brings me a crumpled up, gray mask that hes touching the inside of. ALL of this is going against infection prevention. I asked if it was a clean mask, and he laughs. I'm now inside, I pull out my paperwork, and I only needed one fingerprinting card done but bc he saw another fingerprint card that had smudged, ruined fingerprints he said he couldn't do my ink fingerprinting on a new card. smh, what he said didn't even make sense. Lol this company seems sketchy! I'm just irritated he wasted my time. read more

Looking to get ink fingerprints. Spoke to David at Atlanta Fingerprinting. Very poor customer service skills; he should not be the human interface for this company. He told me that ink fingerprints required two copies in case one was unacceptable.. The fee would be $75 per copy!!! I immediately contacted SafeSky in Atlanta. Scheduled online. $40 for the two ink fingerprint copies. They were great! I would avoid Atlanta Fingerprinting. Use SafeSky. read more

Absolutely garbage customer service, the gentleman on the phone was so rude. Recommend any alternative fingerprint service

Although the woman was polite when I called to schedule the appointment, the man that did my fingerprints seemed to have significantly impaired social skills and was 10 minutes late for my appointment. He seemed surprised that I had made an appointment and saw another person (who did not have an appointment) while I waited for him. It's extremely expensive and I was surprised both at the $75 fee per card and the fact that I needed 2 because that wasn't super clear to me online. Overall, I would recommend against Atlanta Fingerprinting if family or friends needed fingerprinting services. read more

Beware! The cost is ridiculous! They told me $160 per card! Most places charge you $10-15 for two cards! I just wonder if anybody actually pays that money! read more

I was trying to arrange for their mobile unit to come to my office in Buckhead. David called me back, and got short with me on the phone after there was a long conversation pause, and I had to say 'hello', at which point he said, 'I was waiting for you to talk' and I said 'I was waiting for you' and he hung up on me. I called the office back and had them cancel the appointment. If he was rude to me just setting up an appointment, I can only imagine how he might possibly treat my boss :( read more
