She appeared but it was a mystery so we went back inside where she found out how but Michelle began taking my key fob apart & while Roxanne was reading instructions, Michelle replaced it with a new battery!!! We always get treated with nothing but patience and respect,, which is especially appreciated because when we do buy jewelry, we're still buying at the lower-end of their inventory yet, we still get treated like VIPs. I also like their repair services, which, is also nice because you don't generally throw away jewelry because of some damage.
