Terribly unprofessional. This is why I don't ever support black businesses. I stopped by today…read moreaugust 24 2023 at 10:05am to get my bracelet repaired because the hours of operation said they open at 10am. No one was in the store. So I called the number on the store. The guy answered and said he would be there in an hour. To waste time, I went down the hall and got a pedicure which took an hour and thirty minutes just to give him more time. At 11:30, I walked back down to the store. It still wasn't open. So I called the number again. Now he says he will be there in another 15 minutes. I said, "you just told me an hour and I waited longer to return and you're still not here." He says "I have something to do I will be there soon." I politely released the line. Listen black business owners if you don't have any idea how to run a successful business, please go get a job. You wonder why no one patrons this store and why you're not making any money to hire someone to be here when you can't be. You need to take a business ethics and business management course.

Recently my necklace broke. I took it to a local jeweler to be repaired. When I got it back, I…read morefound that it was 3 inches longer. I took it back to the jeweler who wanted to charge me almost 3 times more to shorten it than they charged to fix it the first time. I looked for another jeweler and found Eli at Deck Handmade Jewelers. Eli charged me a much more reasonable price to shorten my necklace and had it ready the next day. He did a wonderful job! Has my business from now on.

And yes, I know it's the third time, it's not their fault at all, the way my ring is designed it's not as practical for daily wear but I love the look! Billy has suggested better ways to fixed it so I won't keep having to have it repaired.. and if I damage my ring a 4th time I will take his advice , but I'm stubborn and he's been fully understanding of that and has fixed my ring back like it was new every time! I had my ring re-appraised here with Keith this time as well and he was also quick and efficient! I will be a long time customer here! Thank you guys!!

Amazing service from beginning to end, with the hopes that I'll have a reason to go back again! I…read morecouldn't get my wedding rings off for a surgery that was requesting I wear no jewelry, so I went to More Than Diamonds where Billy kindly cut my rings off and gave me some ideas of what I could do to make the bands bigger. He gave me some options and I left the rings there on a Friday afternoon and I received a message that they were ready for pick-up on Tuesday. A different fellow rang me up and he was just as friendly and professional as Billy. But WOW. My rings look stunning. Absolutely dazzling and better than the day that they were new. It wasn't a cheap fix, to size the 2 bands up but it's worth it so that I can wear them, at least until I decide if I want to re-design them into a different style sometime down the road, which they told me they do at More Than Diamonds too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anybody to go to, far more than any of the jewelry chain stores around the mall.
