After picking the watch up, I noticed, it's not keeping time. But it's an automatic watch and needs to be moved to "wind". Discover, the second hand stops at the 19 sec mark. Bring watch back in and explain, that I think there's a piece of glass in a gear. The owners takes watch and says, it's working fine. I explain, it's not, that it will stop on the 19 second. He then throws up his hands and says, "That's not me, I don't have anything to do with that. I replaced the crystal. The watch needs to be serviced." I ask, ok, who can do that? He says, he can and that will be an additional $125. So, you replace the crystal, don't bother to advise me, to clean the gears, is an additional service? This guy thinks I want to pay $79 to replace the crystal but not have a working watch? This is his business, he should have told me, these were two separate services. Will never use this place again and will let anyone who wants to know what a horrible business this place is.

However, they don't really do inscriptions, i.e. they only have a block typeface and can only do horizontal inscriptions. It was $35 for a 33 character inscription.
