They're still operating under the same name, but they are nothing like it's always been. One of the new owners said they would no longer offer their lifetime warranty. The woman was so ugly because they had to replace a clasp on a chain I had bought there. She said the chain wasn't purchased there and was gonna charge me over $160 to replace the clasp and clean it. When I went to pick it up, I showed her the receipt where I had purchased the chain there. She was not happy. She said they were not going to keep paying for these things.After 30+ years, I walked out for the last time. Such a shame.

They voided my warranty by opening it and damaged it, and LIED to my face changing their story saying the never opened it. They are INCOMPETENT and LIARS!!! This IS frustrating for me b/c I've been shopping there since they opened in the mall who knows how many years ago. I HAVE always gotten good prices and service overall though. I take all my watches there for battery replacement, Seiko takes FOREVER it seems but it's not the store, it's Seiko/parts/shipping, etc so I can't fault them for that. AND I'd rather it be done right than have to come back for faulty workmanship. Seiko has to do the testing on the water tight seal which is why it's a little more expensive and time consuming, but no point in having a diving watch that's not truly sealed. Overall a good store, great products and always fair pricing. Very competitive even w/ department stores and the sales they usually have running. They can also order you anything you like, catalogs like crazy! Hope this helps!
