The first visit from ATI was in November. They were supposed to do the repairs between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but after the final repairs, they finish the job in August. Billing is very sketchy. This company is truly corrupt. Long story short, the lower unit in the condominium I own suffered water damage from a leaking toilet water inlet valve which was my fault entirely. A plumbing company came out and charged my HOA thousands of dollars for their "work". The bill was then transferred to me for being liable and upon further investigation from the downstairs neighbor the plumbing company was increasing the charges for their "services" because they thought the HOA was footing the bill and not a resident. I reached out to the plumbing company respectfully and thoroughly explained where I felt their charges were inflated and like a reputable company, they flat out met me in the middle and reimbursed me the agreed and FAIR upon amount to be charged. Why did I share this story? BECAUSE ATI INFLATED THEIR CHARGES borderline astronomically for fraudulent work performed. I spoke with the downstairs neighbor and even observed their work times a lot shorter than what was billed to me. I was forced to paid nearly $7,000 for their "services". I reached out to Gina Curry (Marketing Manager) who was kind and kept in contact but she was unable to even offer a FAIR recourse for the unfortunate transaction. The amount that I was forced to pay by way of ATI taking advantage of my HOA is truly depressing. Where I come from $7,000 is a lot of money that affects the way my wife, 3 children and I live life. Do yourself a favor and never do business with this company, they affect the lives of hard-working people just trying to get by. read more

I've used ATI consistently for all our remediation work for many years and have had a very good experience. I oversee many projects in property management and have found ATI to be very skilled in dealing with each new case that we encounter. They are quick to respond and follow through professionally. My hot water heater leaked from my garage into my kitchen. My home warranty company sent ATI out to take care of the damage. They showed up very quickly, all of the representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job quickly. I would highly recommend ATI. If I could rate 0, I would. ATI was recommended by my insurance company (USAA) to repair some water damage. When they first showed up, Dry Force was on the job, and ATI's supervisor gave me some doom and gloom story about how Dry Force will increase the scope and is opaque with their billing and blah blah blah. Dry Force was scheduled to remove my kitchen cabinets that Friday, and ATI convinced me to let them take over. 2.5 weeks later, ATI was "able" to make it out to do the demolition. The entire rest of the process was just delay delay delay, and we had to constantly stay on them for updates - they'd never call when they said they would, on multiple times they cancelled on appointments 10mins after their call-time (after I had taken off work to meet with them). I highly suggest you avoid this company if you have any restoration needs. I have since recommended that USAA remove ATI from their preferred contractor program. Go with another option. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My insurtance company USAA coordinated some property damage repairs on my garage with ATI. I should have backed out in the beginning when I got a seemingly outrageous estimate on a garage door from them, but I thought beciase I had signed the insurance estiomate with them I had to continue. HUGE MISTAKE. DO not use this company. I received no communication on the work, workers showed up at my house expecting me to be there on days no one was scheduled and nevver showed up on days I expected them, the pricing was confusing and resulted in me being charged more than the iunsurance would cover, I cannot overstate what a terrible experience I had with this company. I had to deal with some water damage in my kitchen and needed remediation done. Richard Torres the project manager and Octavio the field supervisor on the job were outstanding. They were excellent in communicating everything to me and kept me informed on each step. I worked with Richard on the initial estimate and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the estimate all the way through remediation and clearance testing. With having the information up front, I was informed on the process and therefor eased any anxiety I had about the project and timeline. I would highly recommend. They made my situation so much better with their great customer service and assistance with my kitchen damage. If you have to go through remediation, at least go through it with someone who will assist you, educate you and keep you informed. Awesome job. Thank you! read more

In order to comply with the law, I needed to remove lead flakes on the garage walls. I contacted the American Technologies and on the next day they came and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable. The crew came and did their job quickly and efficiently. The only thing, it took them a couple of weeks to pick up the container where they collected the removed materials containing lead. The container was sealed, so no issues with safety, it was just staying in the garage. read more

My insurance company Allstate recommended I use this company to clean and repair the fire damage from my house fire. I met with several different ATI project managers and contractors to walk though the and show the damage. My husband and I missed a lot of work to be home for the various ATI inspections/walk throughs. They work with lots of sub contractors you get different crews in and out of your house every day. The ATI Project Manager was not around to let people in or supervise. I had damage to one wall and the repair took 10 weeks. I couldn't wait to get all of these strangers out of my house. read more

Lots of water damage and they managed to forget to put anti-microbial solution to prevent mold on the studs that were sopping wet from the water damage. Apparently, by law they're supposed as well. Fantastic. read more

ATI did a fantastic job and worked directly with USAA to get authorization to make additional repairs when more damage was found. Unfortunately my home was flooded a second time from another pipe leak in a different place in the house and I did not hesitate to call on ATI again.
