I was pretty much back to my normal routine after only 8 weeks post op with physical therapy. Today I am able to walk without pain and ride my bike long distance. My only complaint is that CORE sent me collagen dressings that, according to thier PA, I did not need, I did not order, and I did not know I would be receiving. The box of bandages just showed up on my doorstep. I cannot return them and my insurance did not pay the full cost of them so now I have to pay ~$400 for them. They explained everything we did and hoe it correlated to recovering from my injury. This was key for me. Understanding the 'how' and 'why' makes it much easier for me to commit myself to anything. They worked me hard and put me on the right path to not only living pain-free, but growing in strength and flexibility. My posture is better than its ever been, and thanks to them, it will continue improving. now that I understand how to balance my muscles and how and why stretching affects my body. These two pushed me 3 steps closer to becoming superman. Their inherent knowledge of every bone, muscle, and ligament, how they interact, and how different movements, stretches, and exercises can change the human machine as a whole is both immediately apparent and impressive. Seeing that complete understanding made it very easy to trust in everything that asked of me, as well as everything they asked me to pull the reigns on. I don't do well with being told what to do. I'm bull-headed. I don't accept anything without understanding the logic behind it. It was clear from the beginning that they knew much more than enough to satisfy my need to believe there was sound reasoning for every part of my therapy with them. That trust paid off; I'm doing fantastic! An additional note: Whether or not it's intentional, Kate naturally creates a feeling of community while in the building. She gets everyone talking and interacting while we're going through the often times uncomfortable or painful stretches, exercises, and the myofascial (i just had to google that) releases with the metal tools that look like the back end of a wrench. That made every part of the therapy a lot easier for me, and definitely a few others there. It's easier to take the pain when someone cracks a joke, and we all felt comfortable enough to do so. I am very, very thankful for this.

Kate saw me for a hip and ankle injury that had been persisting for months that I could not get explanations for from my primary doctor. She knew exactly what was going on by the end of the evaluation and explained my injuries in a way I could understand - which was such a relief after months of not knowing! I eventually needed surgery for a torn ligament in my ankle, Kate referred me to a new surgeon who was just as personable, kind and professional as her! My surgery went well and I'm back for more sessions. I'm noticing progress already and look forward to laughing during my therapy with Kate, Mark and Page! PT staff helpful, but only after having continued knee issues did I realize there was very little analysis or review of my personal situation, and those issues (I believe) not considered during surgery. Also information after surgery not as thorough as before surgery. Would have been nice to know what can or can't be done with replacement - like you're not supposed to run with knee replacement, can you kneel on the replacement, and what I was originally told " you will be able to return to normal activity in three months" can change to " it takes up to a year to heal" when the replacement does not go as expected. I still hold out hope with PT and working out, my knee issues will resolve. Plan on losing 3-6 months to a year of your life recovering before returning to normal activities. It's not an easy surgery.

I found Dr. Cress and now I won't go anywhere else. About every 6 months or so my back get sore and I need an adjustment. I go in for him to work on me and the next day I am able to move and get back to work. He does a stretch on me that I hate, but it works. He also has a machine that rolls up and down your back that feels great. I walk in crooked and walk out straighter and the next day I'm back to normal. The guy is amazing, he know what he's doing. I highly recommend ARC Chiropractic, Dr. Cress and his staff. Once you try them, you'll be a patient for life.

I had so much pain in my shoulder blade and I could barely turn my neck at times. Within a short time I saw more movement in my upper body and the intense pain went away. The doctor said I don't need to come for adjustments anymore. But since I feel so good and my posture is great I want to maintain this so I come in for an adjustment monthly. That said, only 1 star for the physical therapists in the practice. 1) They were unable to give me any advice at all for sleeping with a shoulder injury, which was my problem. 2) They are the only PTs I've ever been treated by who gave me no instructions on how to do the stretches and exercises they suggested at home 3) When I called and told them I contracted Covid, the receptionist told me, 'Come back whenever you want. We don't worry about it. It's like the flu.' My advice: see these doctors, but take any referral for PT somewhere else.

I am very pleased with the care she has given me in that she has helped me understand the movements I use that contribute to my discomfort. She is very wise and knowledgeable and has educated me in the positions and movements that will help preserve the function of my thumb. I am very pleased with her care. Additionally, the office is clean, has plenty of parking, and has easy traffic flow to and from Highway 22. On both visits, I was here for over an hour and told that the person who can do xrays isn't here and I would need to come back on another day. Needing to come back on another day makes this clinic far less convenient for me, and the fact that this happened again makes me want to not return. If I need care again, I will probably go elsewhere.
